Setting: some point after June, 2017; the apartment complex where all our favorite Big Bang Theory characters live...
"Hey Penny," Leonard says to Penny as he comes home from somewhere, "when did we get a new neighbor in 5A?"
"We have a new neighbor?" She asks him completely surprised
"Apparently So," he states
"Who is it?" She asks him, "is it a hot dude?"
"We're married," he states
"Yea, I know," she tells him, "I meant for a friend of mine..."
"Right," he states
"So is it a hot guy?" She repeats, "or a cute girl I can invite yo girls night?"
"Don't know," he admits, "movers are bring boxes up right now-"
"Does Sheldon know yet?" She asks him
"Oh no," he whines, "he's going to freak out and probably scare them off."
"Well come on," Penny insists, "let's go meet them before her has a chance to!"
They both rush out the door quickly and hurry up the stairs to the fifth floor, only to find Raj, Howard and Bernadette already standing in front of the closed door to 5A...
"Howard,Bernadette, Raj?" Leonard starts, "What're you guys doing here?"
"We saw the moving truck," Bernadette starts to explain
"Raj caught sight of the girl moving in and followed her up," Howard adds
"And we followed him to try and stop him from creeping her out," Bernadette continues
"I think I might have a chance with her," Raj tells them
"Uh," Howard starts with a slight laugh, "I say this with your best interest in mind buddy," he continues, "but she's probably way out of you league like most of the other woman you've fallen for in the past, and you probably don't have a chance with her."
"One of y'all wanna explain yerselves as ya why yer all gawkin round my front door?" A western woman's voice comes from the door entrance, interrupting their conversation and causing their attention back on her
"Hi, I'm Penny," Penny says with a polity smile as she holds her hand out
"And I'm her husband Leonard Hofstadter," Leopard adds in, "We live in the apartment below you."
"Well thats good ya know I reckon," she says as she politely shakes their hands
"I'm Howard Wolowitz," Howard introduces with a smile, "this is my wife Bernadette."
"Hello," she says with a smile, "we don't actually live in the building, we just come all the time to visit them," she adds pointing to Penny and Leonard
"I see," the western woman say with a smile, "congratulations on yer um-upcoming nuptials."
"Thank you," they say together in reference to their child on the way
"I'm Rajesh Koothrappali," Raj butts in, "you are very pretty, will you go out with me?"
"..." silence as the woman stares at him like he has three heads for a second
"Ok, well," she says awkwardly, "I'm Louisa, I have a three year old daughter who's my main priority-"
"I don't mind," Raj cuts her off, "I love kids."
