I plopped my head down on the table and let out a groan.
"Stop staring at Hunter." Tech said as he worked on Echo's arm.
"I can't help it." I said with a whine.
"Why does she stare so much?" Echo asked with a frown.
"She likes him."
"That's not why I stare at him."
"Sorry I forgot it's also because she thinks he looks cuddly." Tech said with a frown.
"He does!"
"Why not ask him to cuddle with you?" Echo asked with a frown.
"Have you met me?" I asked with a frown.
"Right, super shy." He said as he shook his head.
"Alright! We have a mission!" Hunter snapped.
"Where too?" Tech asked calmly.
"Who cares?" Crosshair asked as he walked into the room.
"The pilot cares." I said calmly.
"I'll send you the coordinates." Hunter said as he sent me a smile.
"Thanks." I said as I walked to the cockpit.
It wasn't long before we landed and I silently waited for for them to get back.
"(Y/n)! We have to go!" Tech yelled as the door open.
"What happen?" I asked as I started the ship up.
"Hunter is injured."
My heart stopped and I quickly put in the coordinates to the nearest base. When we arrived I held Hunter's hand while he was led inside. I held my breath as I was forced to let go of his hand.
"He will be okay." Tech said as he pulled me into a hug.
I cried into his chest as I waited for information on Hunter. A few hours passed before they came out and told us that he was in recovery and that we could see him. I made it to the room and set down on the chair beside his bed.
"Let's give her a minute." Tech said as he led everyone out of the room.
I gently took Hunter's hand and let out a sigh.
"You better not die... I swear if you die I'll never forgive you." I whispered as I felt tears stream down my face.
I squeezed his hand and rubbed it.
"You can't die.. not when I have so much that I need to tell you."
I let out a sigh and shook my head.
"I swear if you die before I get to cuddle with you I'll kill you. I'll bring you back and kill you myself." I said as tears streamed down my face.
"You can't die... I love you." I whispered as I laid my head on the bed.
"Not going anywhere." A deep voice said.
I raised my head up and saw Hunter smiling at me. He moved his hand to my face and whipped my tears.
"You're okay." I said softly.
"Come here." He said as he scooted over.
I crawled into the bed beside him and hid my face in his chest as he wrapped his arms around me.
"You are cuddly." I whispered into his chest.
He let out a chuckle and kissed the top of my head.
"I love you too." He said softly.
I smiled into his chest and closed my eyes and fell asleep.
Bonus
"Finally." Tech said as he and the others watched us.
"They are so cute." Wreaker said through tears.
"Stop crying." Crosshair said as he shook his head.
"Take a picture." Echo whispered.
"Already did." Tech said as they turned and left the room.
