SYNOPSIS: You're a MotoGP rider, and you have the chance to win the championship. Charles knows what it's like to battle on the track, and how much you'd want to win, and therefore he offers you the endless support you always offer him. (I don't watch MotoGP, so excuse me if I wrote anything that didn't make sense lmao)

Misano. One of the few last races on the calendar. It has been a hard and long season, the first time you were riding for Yamaha. Your own teammate, Fabio, had been your hardest competition so far, but you had been riding amazingly. The last couple of wins made sure you were creating a gap in the leaderboard, and if you would win this weekend, no one could beat you anymore. Winning the MotoGP championship as a woman meant a lot to you. You met Charles when you were a guest at the race in Monaco two years ago, where his race ended early. Charles had no appetite to speak with the guests then, but when realizing that you understood it more than ever how it felt to lose a race you were initially driving against yourself, was the start of a great friendship. Charles knew how important this weekend in San Marino was for you, and he had made sure nothing was on his schedule, so he could join you.

Charles was allowed on the grid, and you were talking before you would put your helmet on and close your visor. Your suit was half undone, and you sat back on your bike, feeling quite relaxed just before the start. You and Charles didn't speak about what the start would look like, who could catch you in the first corner, what could happen. As two racers, you knew everything would unpredictable after the lights went out. Charles had cleaned your helmet for you, and gave you the drinking bottle, on which he had stuck his logo sticker next to yours. He gave you the space you needed during the build-up of the race, he stepped aside when you were interviewed, but obviously, Charles himself was quite an eyecatcher for the journalists as well. He was asked multiple questions about his expectations of the race, to which he had confidently answered that he was flying home tonight with a championship winner.

Charles' confidence in you gave you the boost you always needed, and it sparked the adrenaline that was already spreading through your bloodstream. The grid had to be cleared soon enough, and he leaned forward to kiss your lips, wishing you good luck as he always did. Charles left without saying anything else, wanting to leave you in your concentrated zone. You pulled your balaclava on, your helmet next, and the visor closed. You loved Misano. The circuit had such a great atmosphere and was named after one of the greatest MotoGP heroes, Marco Simoncelli, it felt always special to be here, just like Imola. As soon as you sped away on that Sunday afternoon, your only purpose was winning. Fingers tightly curled around the handles with a burning desire, and all your mind was focussed on was being the quickest every lap. It was no surprise to Charles that you were leading the race from the start till the end.

As your number one fan, he waited for you to arrive at parc fermé, where he stood at the front of the fence with your team. You upped your visor when you arrived as the winner, your fist in the air before stopping your bike. Numerous pictures of you were shot, and after that you hopped off the bike to get to your team and your boyfriend. You jumped into his arms, yelling back at the mechanics while they patted your helmet. Charles knew like no one else how great this felt, and now you even secured the championship for yourself. "I'm so proud of you," Charles said, cupping your helmet to look at you. "You're the best," he said, and you smiled, your eyes getting watery, because without his support, you wouldn't feel as great as you felt today.
