"You kidnapped my son."

The kings of the two rival kingdoms stared at eachother in surprise at their unison accusation.

"No, I didn't! You kidnapped my son!", they yelled, perfectly timed again.

King William of the merfolk clenched his jaw. "If you don't give me back my son 'til sunrise, I'll cancel the truce." "You're one to talk!", the other, Schlatt, King of the sirens, mocked. "You kidnapped my son! And now you have the courage to show up at my doorstep and accuse me of holding your son captive!"

"I don't have your son. Just give me George back and I promise all of this will be forgotten", Henry growled. "Stop pretending and give me Clay back!", Schlatt hissed. "I don't have him!"

"Fine.", the king of sirens said in a dangerously calm voice.

"I guess that means war then."

"We agree for once."

The two men looked at eachother for a second, then William turned around and left.

"I hope you're safe, George", he mumbled. "I'm so sorry for neglecting you. I'll be a better father, I promise, just please return safely..."
