(SNO) Carrying A Piece of The Devil's Flame (part 1)

Rian (Rithcie's) pov

'I'm honestly glad that Austin is dumb at times, otherwise this mind link would have been horrible. I'm not upset at being mind linked to him he's like my brother, it's just that i have secrets, ones i want to keep.' I think as I look out over the wall of Ashbourne (Is that right?) watching to see if anyone is coming. The wind is cold but i don't feel it thanks to my new phoenix wings, and powers, I sigh as I rub stomach absentmindedly, wondering what everyone in the pack is doing. 'Austin is probably doing what he can to woo Bri, Blythe is in his shop, Devin is having a long chat with the Devil for worrying him,' I smile at the thought 'Micheal may seem all bad but he's good at caring when it comes to family.' He told me about his encounter with Bryan of Parkhaven and I approved, poor kid needs to feel/think better about himself. I smile and whisper out a question to no one but the wind"I wonder if he'll be happy when he finds out?" I lay on my back and stare at the stars, I feel a flutter, like a small flame coming from my stomach, I replace my hand that i had taken away, "Hush, little one, I know you are there." the flutters calm and I smile, remembering when I first learned that Micheal the Devil was also Matthew my mate when i still had a regular pack.

(flashback)

"Rian?" Micheal called to me as we were leaving the Devil's home. "Hmm? Yeah?" I ask stopping, "May I speak with you in private?" he asks me, "Sure." I say, walking over to him then following him into another room. "Rian, would your real name happen to be Richard?" he asks and i freeze "how did you? I never told anyone, but one-" i pause seeing his face, it's happy, "person?" he finishes for me. "Yeah....." he grabs my hands and asks "Would this person be named Matthew?" tears form in my eyes "Y-yeah, but he's gone." I say "No he isn't, he's right here." Micheal says, I look up to catch the tail end of him transforming into.....MATTHEW!!!??? Tears fall from my eyes as I whisper out "Mat?" he nods and i slam into him lips connecting. It's all the same as before, his kiss, his scent, his strong grip, his body build, everything. I break the kiss but not contact "Oh by the night sky, I thought you were dead Mat!" I cry out, he chuckles and says "No, I just finished my father's punishment and had to return to being the Devil." I hug him close, "We still are mates right?" he questions worriedly, "Of course we are you dummy." I say kissing him again.

(Flashback end)

That happened over a month ago after we turned Blythe into a True Alpha, we've been seeing each other in secret, and we may have gone overboard one night. I rub my stomach, knowing that I carried a piece of Matthew/Micheal in me now, just growing until I give birth to a little pup. I hear Devin and Micheal flying into Ashbourne, and I smile, hoping off the wall to greet them.
