You were now sitting in the bench of the volleyball team gym, it's been a month since your unfortunate lie and you were now living the life in a relationship (even though it's fake). You watch as the player plays on each other as a practice match next week will be a practice match to Karasuno team and they need to practice hard for it. You scan the court checking each one but when your eyes falls on a certain bed head captain your heart started to pound hard and fast.

He was nothing but sweet, sometimes funny and sometimes crazy you realized that you yearn for his attention every passing day and you know well what It's happening but you still tried your best not to let it eat you like that this is not real your relationship with him is make believe so you tried your best not to think about it.

He turned to look at you and he smiled warmly, you averted your eyes as fast as you can, his eyes makes you weak and he makes your heart pound like crazy. You sometimes cannot understand why and how he can make you feel this way. Your fear is instant that you are somehow falling in love with the captain for real that probably the last thing you wanted to do now, you never wanted to be inlove with anyone not alone with this person. You bit your lower lip knowing it's nearly impossible to make this fake relationships work in real he was popular he was known in the school and you were just plain average girl who loves 2ds and 3ds male. You continued to write todays practice process and just like that time flies as fast as the wind. But in the back of your mind you always fantasize him being your real boyfriend

You were know running giving bottles to the players, each one of them are dead tired and it's your job to help the team by giving them a helping hand. You reached the captain you almost throw the bottle at him which he caught in shocked after that you run away from him leaving the confused bead head in his spot.

Yaku: did you two fought??" the libero ask the captain which he denied in instant

Kuroo: nope, she might be tired or thinking about things" he said as he drink the water on his hand. He looked at the bottle you gave him sure he already has his eyes on you for the very first time he saw you, and now that you two are pretending to be a couple somehow he wanted to make it real make it true. He sighs as he walked out to help cleaning up the court.

After the cleaning up, the memers are hyper still as the captain annouce that dinner will be on him,  he walked to you picking up your stuff with him you looked at him and wanted to get it back

y/n: please give it back" you said not trying to make a scene, he's always been like this he will bring your stuff, books and sometimes your gym back and pick you up every morning you never understand why but he always give those "because we should act as couple do". He becomes more close to you when he insist he walk you home and pick you in your room when classes end for practice. You always thought that it was cute and sweet but you don't want to think he was doing this for other reason cause you know you will end up hurting yourself.

Kuroo: let's go, the team will eat out and you will be joining us" as he made way in the court entrance the team following behind him. You sigh as you watch him walk, before doing so he looked at you waiting you pout as you made your way towards his side.

A short walk to the store and all members are loud talking and having fun you didn't realized that you and kuroo fall back walking behind the large group of boys. The wind was crispy and the breeze was gentle enough to remind you that it's almost winter.

Your thoughts were caught into mid when you felt a hand on yours looking down you saw Kuroos' gentle warm hands on yours. You turned to look at his face which was turned sideways to hide his blushing face, you never had the courage to hold back his hand but seeing this you realized that maybe. Just maybe he felt the same fluttering thing inside your heart.

The night comes into as end when you realized you two standing in front of your house, he let go of your hand missing his warmth already he smiled waving you good bye.

y/n: thank you for walking me home" you said as you hide your face on your thick scarf, he only smile at you nodding " also sorry for the trouble" it comes like a whisper. He looked at you seriously

Kuroo: it's not a trouble, also I kind of had fun with it" he smiled walking close to you. You body automatically moves backward as he leans forward " also I think we need to do this" and he lean down to gently press his lips on yours, your eyes slowly glided down as you felt his warm and gentle lips on yours it was like a dream. He pulled away blushing as he bowed and run towards his street you stood there blushing thinking what just happened

Your heart is beating fast too fast that it already hurts so much, you are falling in love with him for real and that is not good. You went inside the house realizing that you live alone, you cried yourself to sleep knowing this will never be true he cannot ever fall in love with such person as you.

Morning comes and you did tried your best to avoid him, you left extra early today so you two won't be walking together you also tried your best not to run into him in your break time and in your lunch time. It's actually going smoothly until the practice time. He had cornered you on your desk, the people are all gone and no one can actually just barge in to get help from.

Kuroo: why are you ignoring me?" he said below whisper his face on the crook of your neck to hide his face, you were there sitting silently waiting for him to continue you no longer wanted to use him. You wanted to end this you know well it will only hurt you two if you continue this fake relationship and you finally made your decisions that you will end it.

Kuroo: answer me y/n" as he almost shouted, you were shaking in sadness its because you know well what you will do.

y/n: let's stop this already Kuroo-san" with those words he looked at you dead in the eye he was serious but you were more confident than serious. You wanted to save yourself from heart breaks and him as well so now you wanted to end if for good. " you know well it will never work for us so let's end this now" as you push him off, he let go of you a hurt and pained look in his eyes

Kuroo: no I don't want, we can do this as long as you wanted a year more years or forever" he said, " I don't care if I won't get married as long as I can call you mine" he said he grabbed your hand as your eyes widen in shocked " can't you see or you are just too dense" he added, " for a month I've been with you, I've seen all sides of yours. I thought I will play when you told that lie but I end feeling real, why do you think I'll go over the effort to pick and drop you off to your house if I don't really care, please don't " as he hugged you tight, your thoughts were rumbled in fear, pain, confusion

But one thing is for sure, as your tears slowly falls down and your murmuring sobs can now clearly be heard

y/n: I... I don't want this to end too" as you grab his jacket hugging him tight " I am scared you won't fell the same way, afraid that it was all fake and not real." You buried your face in his chest as he kiss your head " scared that one day you will leave me because it was all not real " he hold your chin tilting it to look at his eyes, he was blushing and he was seriously am happy.

Kuroo: this time, let's be real this time no more lies this time only real things and real happening will happen" he lean towards your both of your forehead touching " y//n please be my girlfriend ' as he smiled holding your face " for real" he smiled at you, which made you blushed you nodded as you lean closer to him to kiss him. This time it's real he was your and you were his, words your hearts can only understand this time you two will be real to each other.

y/n: I love you' you smiled at him as he smiled hugging you tight

Kuroo: same" he smiled kissing your cheek
