College Chronicles: Custody Clash-1(Female Reader)

Gi-hun was on the couch asleep after a night of partying at the frat house. A knock on the door woke Gi-hun up making him fall off the couch. He groaned as he got up and stumbled towards the door and opened it to see a man in a suit.

"Seong Gi-hun?" The man in the suit asked as he eyed Gi-hun up and down. Gi-hun realized that he was in his shirt and boxers and had dick drawings on his face so he didn't look the best in front of the guy.

"Yes, that's me." Gi-hun said in a groggy voice. The man in the suit handed Gi-hun a piece of paper.

"You have been served." The man in the suit said. Gi-hun finally snapped out of his sleepy state as he took the piece of paper and read it.

"A custody agreement?" Gi-hun asked. "Wha-"

Before Gi-hun could ask for questions, the man in the suit was gone. You came out of the bedroom half asleep to see Gi-hun.

"Gi-hun?" You began in a sleepy voice. Gi-hun turned around revealing his vandalized face making you snicker.

"You went to the frat house party, did you?" You said trying to hold in your laughs.

"Never mind that, look." Gi-hun said showing you the custody agreement. You skimmed through then looked at him confused.

"What? Custody?" You said. Ali and Sang-woo both came out in their pajamas.

"What's going on?" Ali asked.

"Gi-hun received a custody agreement about Ga-yeong." You said. Sae-byeok came out the bathroom brushing her teeth.

"What?" Sae-byeok said with her mouthful of toothpaste.

"Why would Sasa want custody of Ga-yeong after she abandoned her?" Sang-woo asked.

"I really don't know." Gi-hun said. "But I know it's anything but good."

"This girl just don't know when to quit." You said. 

"Did they not know that Ga-yeong was brought here by force?" Gi-hun asked.

"I'm sure they know but they wanna make sure that Ga-yeong is safe and with a parent who's fit to care for her." Ali said.

"And what made them think that Sasa can be capable of caring for Ga-yeong?" Sae-byeok asked.

"That's how it is in society; Women usually wins the custody battle regardless of how unfit they are to care for a kid." Sang-woo said.

"That's pretty biased." Ali said.

"But that's how it is." Sang-woo said.

"Well I don't care what society says, I'm not letting that crazy chick take away my daughter." Gi-hun said as he walked into the nursery to see Ga-yeong still asleep. He looked at her peacefully sleeping then smile and pressed a kiss on her forehead. 

"Well, you do realize that you gotta go to court for this right?" Sang-woo said. "If you really wanna have full custody of Ga-yeong."

"When does it say that you have to go to court?" Sae-byeok asked.

"It didn't say but I'm sure they would call me to tell me." Gi-hun said. At perfect timing, the house phone rang so Ali answered it then came into the room.

"Gi-hun honey, it's for you." Ali said handing the phone to Gi-hun. Gi-hun answered the phone to hear the man in the suit's voice.

"Hello Gi-hun, my name is Gong Yoo, the man you saw earlier." The man said.

"Yes and I have one question; what is the meaning of this?" Gi-hun asked as he walked out the nursery.

"Well the mother of Ga-yeong, Han Min-jun, had filed a custody agreement for your daughter, Ga-yeong." Gong Yoo said. "We've already came to see her and she that she looks capable of taking care of Ga-yeong...unlike you." Gong Yoo said mumbling that last part. Gi-hun frowned.
