Love Returned From The Ashes

Nervously Acting

Nodoka pov: I paced back and forth continuously. Asuka looked at me and sighed, "What are you doing, Nodoka?" She asked

"Trying not to freak out!" I cried out.

Asuka tilted her head to the side. "What's up? She asked me. I pointed upward, and her eyes widened. "Oh..." She mumbled

There was a giant meteor hurling towards us. "Woah, this is cool." Sui-chan laughed I glared at the woman, who was in bliss.

"What do you mean it's cool?" I yelled

"I mean, that meteor is big enough to kill every human, right?" Sui-chan laughed

"You are insane!" I whined

"I mean, we can handle it." Sora-chan mumbled as she stood up.

"No, I'll do this." Azki-chan said she walked over to Sui-chan and pulled her up by her side. "You have to cut it; I'll get you there," she claimed.

"Wait, you are going to cut a meteor!

"Yes, Nodoka-san, it's simple." Azki-chan claimed

"What do you mean it's simple you go up there get hit by the meteor and then what you won't see tomorrow!" I cried

"Nodoka, we are going too." Asuka sighed

"Eh!?"

I didn't expect her to say that all of us going up there don't know that everything is resting upon this, but I don't know about this. What can we do? We can't do this. We aren't strong enough to break a meteor. Nodoka, don't doubt us! Asuka shouted

"We haven't done anything like this in awhile; are you sure we should try this Azaz?" Mikochi asked

"Yeah, I'm sure. Hey Roboco, you need to fly us up, but you'll probably burn up a bit, so don't fly us that close." Azki-chan said

"What about me? Sora-chan asked

"You stay put," Azki-chan said before kissing the brown-haired girl.

Roboco-san grew out her rocket launchers and said, "Grab on." She demanded

Azki-chan and Asuka did so, and then they looked at Sui-chan and me and said, "Grab on," they said to us.

Sui-chan latched onto Azki-chan as if she were in love with her and wouldn't let go. "Come on, Nodoka!" Asuka said

I gulped and tried to step forward, but my legs were shakey. I am scared. I don't want to attempt this. What if we fail?

"Nodoka, all you have to do is help Azaz and Sui-chan get up there; you don't have to get close," Mikochi said.

"I can go up," Toko-han suggested.

"Don't dirty your hands with this." Sui-chan sighed

I managed to grab onto Asuka, and as soon as I was secured, Roboco flew up into the air and said, "Get ready!" Asuka yelled

Azki-chan jumped off of Roboco-san, getting some great height, and as they began to fall, Asuka jumped. I saw what was happening, so I helped Asuka and pushed her up. Watching her fly up, she boosted Azki-chan, and then Sui-chan boosted off of Azki-chan, flying up.

As soon as Suisei-san jumped off Azki-san, my eyes were glued upward, and my jaw fell downward as I saw the meteor get sliced in half. "One more!" Azki-san yelled

Sui-san flipped around, slashing and cutting the meteor more, then she did it again and again until it was in pieces.

"Victory!" Asuka said

I was so amazed that we managed this. The girls I admire so much are really strong; it's immaculate. I forgot I was falling toward the ground.

"Eeeeeek!" I cried out as I realized what was happening.

"Don't worry, I've got you! Asuka said to me that she grabbed a hold of me and hugged me tightly as she landed safely.

Azki-san and Suisei-chan landed right after "easy, but I hope there aren't more." Azki-san mentioned

"Yeah, that wouldn't be good for the earth's gravitational pull; we just have to hope no more meteors come this way," Asuka said.

We don't even know why this is happening in the first place, and they aren't even worried. These are different people. I'm really happy that they are so strong and not worried about this scenario, but I'm still worried.

"Yagoo got away! Sora-san yelled

"What-Mikochi, you were supposed to watch him!'' Sui-chan yelled

"Don't blame me. Toko was supposed to watch him too! Miko-san yelled

"Don't blame her!'' Sui-chan yelled

Mikochi, you can't win this; just drop it." Sora-san mumbled

Mikochi is clearly frustrated, so it seems like not everyone is content with things, which also makes me happy that there is some conflict, even amongst friends. Sometimes it's needed.

"What is the plan?'' Sora-chan asked

Azki-san looked ahead. "Save more people," she commented.

"We need to go back to my mom," Suisei-san said.

"Yes, that first." Azki-san stated

I don't get why she is acting like this all of a sudden, like there are multiple things we have to focus on, but she seems serious about everything, so I won't step out of line and ask her what she is worried about.

"I should recharge." Roboco-san sighed.

"Really?" San asked

"Yeah, we are tired," Roboco-san replied.

She is still confused by that floating girl. I just assumed she was her AI in human form, so she'll listen to her more, but I don't know at all.

"It's about time I stopped starving! Miko yelled

"We just ate!'' Asuka yelled.

Miko-san looked to the side and said, Right..." She said

"I guess we can eat some more," I said.

Asuka sighed "Let's do it then." She finally said

She only caved in because I said we should eat. This is what is cute about her. She is so stern but also such a sweet, adorable woman.

"I want something yummy! Sora-san cheered

"Then let's get you fed." Azki-san giggled

I smiled because these six seem like they haven't changed at all, which I really like.
