Mumei pov: "Come on...." I yelled Irys slashed at me continuously, and I dodged it. "Too slow," I said.

"Mumei, let me hit you!" She yelled

"No," I said to her.

"What is your issue? Let me beat you!" She said

"Yeah, no," I said.

I flew forward and pushed her so hard she dropped her twin blades. "Gyaaaa!" She yelled

She flipped and landed on her feet, and then she put her hands up. "Come on, fight!" She said

"Sure, you better help me satisfy myself." I told her Irys ran at me and threw a punch. "Weak," I mumbled.

I kicked her back and watched her slam into a wall. "Gah-shit!" Irys yelled

"Wow, you swore! You must be losing pretty fucking badly," I said. Irys growled as she tried to kick me. "Oh," I mumbled.

She really is powerful all of a sudden. "Mumei, why can't we fight equally?" She asked

"We can. You just have to make sure you are stronger. You need to continue and realize that you are nothing unless you try," she said.

"Come on-Mumei, you can't keep saying things like this!" Irys said

She picked up her twin blades, and I pulled my dagger out, clashing with the swords, and pushed her back. She ran forward and swung multiple times, but I parried all of the attacks.

"Shoot, why are you so much faster?" Irys asked

"You had something a bit ago, but you lost it. I won't lose to attacks right now. I won't keep it up!" I yelled

"What are you on about?" She asked

"Nothing-anyway out of my way," I said.

I launched past her and slashed her. "Gah," she gagged as she fell to her knees.

"What is the problem with me? A battle like this can't satisfy me. Why does Selen satisfy me, but you can't?" I asked

"You are in love with her!" Irys yelled

"Nah," I said.

Definitely, isn't it? She isn't my type of woman, I don't think at least, and plus, I'm married, although having a dragon wife sounds cool to me.

"Mumei, fight me!" Bae yelled

"No..." I said

"What do you mean, no!?" She yelled

"I'm not interested in fighting a rat," I said.

"I'm not just a rat!" Bae yelled

"I know... but you need to stop with that," I said since I really don't want to fight whoever I want.

I think I want Sana to fight me. That would be cool. We started something and it was a rush, so I think if I continue that, then it'll be fine. I like that.

"What are you doing?" Irys asked

"Oh, cracking my neck," I told her.

She sighed "You need to stop," she said.

"Why?" I asked

"It sounds nasty!" Irys said

"I don't fucking care, Irys." I said

"That is unhinged," Bae said.

"Possibly," I sighed.

I continued to stretch since I needed to warm up before going all out against the speaker of space.

"Look at me!" Irys screamed before slashing at me. I barely dodged the projectiles.

"There we go!" I laughed

She picked up the pace and slashed at me a bunch, and I dodged all of them but was almost slashed by a few of the attacks.
"Shit, this is tough!" I said

"Yeah, this is what you get for counting me out!" She yelled

Irys doesn't seem to understand that I don't care about what she is doing right now. She needs to understand that I don't care about how fast she can attack or not; it doesn't matter at all.

How fast can I make Irys attack? How quick can I make her fall? How quickly can I beat her?

I rushed at her and swung my dagger, and she blocked it constantly.

"Wow, so fast!" She said

"Correct, I am very fast indeed!" I said

Irys blinked a few times as she saw that I had vanished. "Where did you go?" I cut her off by kicking her and sent her flying.

"Let me have fun. Irys, all I want is a good fight since I'm free to use my full power without worry!" I laughed

"But I'm stronger than Selen; you couldn't win!" Irys said

"Yes, I know that, but Selen can give me a rush, and if you are stronger than me, I should be able to get a rush from you, so why is it that I don't get a rush from you? All I want is for you to fight me really well!" I said

"Wha-why!?" She asked

"All I have is the will to fight. I'm Nanashi Mumei, guardian of civilization and the former vessel of Omegaα I have a lot of promises that I need to keep and a lot of power to release; therefore, I need you to understand that I want a good fight and will do anything to get it."I said

Irys nodded. "But I can't give it!" She said

"Yeah, I'm disappointed. All I want is a good fight. Why is it so hard? You can't give it to me, and Bae certainly won't give it to me. I just fought Selen, so I don't want to do so again. Why is it so difficult? I can't think!"

Irys thought about it, and then she sighed. "Well, I could use my halo." She said

"Do it!" I demanded

"But I may kill you!" She cried out.

"Do it right now!" I hissed

Irys activated her halo and ran at me at high speed, but to me, it was pretty slow.

"Why?" I mumbled before dodging.

"What is her issue with hiding this power?" I said it out loud on accident.

"Mumei!" Irys yelled

She tried to slash me, but Bae got in the way. "Stop!" She yelled

"Why!" I asked again.

"Irys may seriously hurt you, you know?" Bae asked

"No," I said before blitzing Bae. "Go," I said.

Bae nodded, stepped back a bit, and left us to continue.
