"Guess who came to see us before we left school," Minji said.
Taehyung stuck his chopsticks into the bowl of kimchi. "Who?"
"The same chick who called you earlier. She was on cloud nine, bragging about her little phone call with Taehyung last night."
Some of the boys chuckled, while Taehyung kept a straight face on as he took some pieces of meat off the grill. Just hearing about Sumin annoyed the heck out him.
"Speaking of the phone call," Jimin started, "when are we going to tell her that we know?" His words turned everyone's attention towards you.
"We don't need to tell her," you simply stated. "She'll eventually find out for herself that something is wrong."
"Careful not to get on Jiyeong's bad side," Hoseok warned.
Namjoon glanced over at Taehyung. "That warning only applies to one person here," he chuckled. The table started to fill with laughter, irking Taehyung slightly.
"I don't know what you losers are talking about," Taehyung said. "What happened last night and this morning were both misunderstandings. Jiyeong knows that." Taehyung glanced up towards you, who only held an irritated look on your features.
"I don't think she does," Hoseok started cracking up again, followed by the increased laughter of everyone else.
As usual, there were 2 sets of drinks at the table for the group. A bottle of soju for the majority, and a pitcher of water for you. You were beginning to get slightly parched, so you reached for where you thought the pitcher would be and pulled it closer to you. Little did you know, it was the soju that you picked up instead.
"Are you even paying attention?" Taehyung put his hand near the mouth of the bottle, "that isn't water."
When you looked up, you placed it back down. "Thanks." You then reached for the pitcher and began to pour your glass of water. You didn't bother sparing Taehyung a single glance and just continued eating.
"Jiyeong," Jungkook looked to you, "you've got some sauce on your cheek." he tapped his cheek. "Here, you can use my napkin," he picked it up from the table and handed it over.
"Oh, thanks, Kookie." Just as you reached out to take the napkin, it was snatched right out of your sights. With widened eyes, you looked up towards Taehyung and found the damned bastard with the napkin in his clutches. "Are you crazy? Give that back."
Taehyung glanced down at the stolen napkin, "I see that you'll only talk to me if it's to argue with me, am I right?"
"Tsk," you rolled your eyes and went to take up your own napkin, but that was snatched up just the same. "Yah!" you shouted.
"Here we go," Jin mumbled.
"What the heck are you so pissed about? Last night? This morning? Look, I was just messing around, okay? No need for you to--"
