*3RD POV*

"Hey Pete."

"Yeah?"

"Do you like horror movies?"

"Yeah, yeah they're ok."

Tony hummed in thought as they sat in the lab together tinkering. Tomorrow was Halloween and Tony didn't know what to do. He knew the kid was going trick or treating earlier but apparently, Ned's mom wouldn't let him stay out past 9:30. She was apparently still pissed about that whole 'porn cover up' incident during homecoming.

Peter had been a little bummed out at the beginning, as he had nothing else to do after that. 'This year's Halloween was going to have an extra hour!' He'd exclaimed.

"Well you've got to have something to do." Tony said.

"Well I could just do that homework..."

"Excuse me?" "Um, homewo-" "Did your teachers seriously give you homework on Halloween? On a Saturday?" "Only a few. I guess I could just do that..."

"Hm... yeah..."

Yeah, Peter was definitely not doing homework on Halloween.

Well yeah he was because he couldn't be the reason Peter just skipped an assignment but Tony wasn't allowing him to end his night like that-

MeanieMentor: Hey, what's up kiddo
ProblemChild: Nothin Ned and I are almost finished up with trick or treating. Since we didn't want to end up with a really small amount of candy we literally ran to all of the houses it was really funny Mr. Stark. :)
MeanieMentor: I'm sure it was kid. Listen, when you're all done and you do that homework you were taking about, wanna come over and watch a movie with the avengers and yours truly?
ProblemChild: That would be really cool actually! I was kinda upset I was ending the night with homework.
MeanieMentor: I would be too. If you want I could ya know... sue your school for cruel and unusual punishment
ProblemChild: 👀👀👀I'm down
MeanieMentor: Ok? So, text me when you're done with that work of yours and we'll be ready.

About an hour later, Tony got a call from Peter saying he was already on his way. The man smiled at the thought of the kid working through all those assignments in excitement, ready to hang out with the avengers.

"Hey guys!!"

"Hey Kid." "Queens." "Peter you're here!" "Man of Spiders!! You have arrived!"

"Yeah! I also brought the candy I got cause May told me I can't eat it all. Ned and I kinda went full out this year," he chuckled. "Why? Isn't that the point of halloween? You eat all the candy?"

"Clint, have you seen this kid sugar high? No? Lucky you, because he literally bounces off walls. And climbs them. And says a bunch of weird Gen Z shit I don't understand. I swear, you guys are your own species," Tony said, smiling. He sat next to a Peter on the couch after setting the many bowls of chips he had taken out. "I neither deny nor confirm that."
