Truly the light is sweet,
And it is pleasant for the eyes
to behold the sun;
But if a man lives many years
And rejoices in them all,
Yet let him remember the days of
darkness,
For they will be many.
All that is coming is vanity.
Rejoice, O young man, in your youth,
And let your heart cheer you in the days
of your youth;
Walk in the ways of your heart,
And in the sight of your eyes;
But know that for all these
God will bring you into judgment.
Therefore remove sorrow from your
heart,
And put away evil from your flesh,
For childhood and youth are vanity.
Ecclesiastes 11:7-10
This Bible is telling us to be aware of what we are doing. You know right from wrong. Living a life to solely please ourselves leads to darkness. I will try to walk in God's ways: be humble, help others, and keep His commandments. Tell God you love Him.
The LORD bless you and keep you;
The LORD make His face shine upon you,
And be gracious to you;
The LORD lift up His countenance upon you,
And give you peace.
Love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength. Please read your Bible.
