As I made my way outside, I could hear Pearls, "Phoenix, Phoenix, Phoenix! You have our shoes?" I got outside and saw everyone crowding around. Maya spoke, "Can we see?" Phoenix smiled, "Was I supposed to bring shoes?" Pearls giggled, "Yes!" I stood behind the rest of my sisters and watched as Phoenix handed Pearls a key, "Maybe you can help me?" Pearls took the key and opened the box containing the shoes. We all gasped at how beautiful they were.

I watched all of my sisters receive their shoes. They smiled and went to try them on. I approached, "Anything for me?" Before he could speak, Pearls and Maya came back, "Phoenix, could you please tighten our shoes." He turned to me and handed me the last pair of shoes, "These are yours. I hope you like them, your highness." He walked away with Maya and Pearls. I turned the shoes over and gasped.

They were breathtaking. I looked towards Phoenix and smiled. I muttered, "Thank you..." I tried them on and they fit like a glove. I joined my sisters and we ended up spending the whole day dancing in the courtyard. Hours later, we headed inside and got ready for bed. I sat on my bed and looked at my shoes, admiring how beautiful they were.
I could hear my sisters chatting away. Dahlia walked to the side of her bed with her sports stuff, "Why use the closet when the floor is closer?" Iris nodded, "Exactly." She looked at me, "(Y/n), is it the shoes you like?" Maya interrupted, "Or the cobbler who made them?" I sighed.
"What are you talking about?" Maya giggled, "Phoenix is so cute!" I shrugged, "If you say so, Maya." Mia spoke up from her bed, "Maybe the problem is he's not a prince." I snapped back, "I don't care if he's a prince, a king or an emperor! The truth is..." Maya interrupted me, "You are head over heels!" Mia smiled, "(Y/n)'s got it bad!" I looked over to Pearls. She was checking her bugs.
"Good night, Thomas. Richard. Where's Harold?!" Mia gasped, "What is he, a spider?!" Dahlia got in bed, "A scorpion?!" Iris looked around, "A snake?!" They all screamed as Pearls showed them a caterpillar, "No! A caterpillar!" They all sighed in relief.
I changed into my night clothes and got into bed, feeling tired from all of the dancing I did. My sisters all talked for a few more minutes before deciding to go to bed themselves. I pulled the covers over my shoulders and rested my head on my pillows. I slowly drifted off, not knowing what would happen the next day.
