Later on that night Lauren and her friends walked to a park nearby and reminisce on good times. They talked mostly about Lauren and her dream to be in the NFL.

They supported her and her passion for football but they didn't agree with her going into the NFL. Mainly because she's a girl and because she's the baby of the group. None of them wants to see her get hurt.

"I remember when coach told Mook she couldn't play the first time she showed up to practice. She cursed him out, then next day she came back dressed up like a nigga talking about her name Javante" Ace laughed calling Lauren by her favorite nickname

"Talking bout she can play any position" Tony added

"I can" Lauren flicked them off, sitting on the swings "and I did, when coach finally let me on the team. We started winning games back to back"

"We been winning games before you joined" Ace waved her off

"Y'all know damn well Koala was the best player on that team, she basically carried y'all wack asses" Quincy scoffed

"Star player" Lauren smiled

"And that time she begged the basketball coach to let her play on the boys team because the girls was too wack"

"I just wanted to spend more time with the bro's but for real the girls team was ass. They couldn't guard for shit and they didn't have any handles." She argued

"You played those sports with us but didn't want to do baseball? Why?" Quincy asked

"That's a lame sport" Lauren looked at him disgusted

"No hockey is a lame sport"

Messiah played hockey throughout high school, everyone thought it was lame even Lauren but she still supported Messiah and his hockey career.

"Well yeah" she agreed "I only went to Siah games because he's my bestfriend and I support him in every way"

"He's the only one that didn't play football, basketball or baseball" Tony shook his head

"That nigga got a white man soul, he plays hockey and listens to Opera music" Ace jokes

"We having a lil cookout at Quincy house, bring yo boyfriend so we can meet him" Ace said moving away from Lauren lighting his blunt

"Is Tj going to be there? I miss my baby" Lauren asked

Tj is Quincy's adopted younger brother, he's four years old.

"Yeah, he asked about you a few days ago. Talking bout 'where's my girlfriend Mookie'" Quincy rolled his eyes with a mug on his face

"Aw my baby misses me, tell my Tj I'll see him tomorrow"
