The Time Traveler's Pig: Part 2

Dipper's p.o.v.

"Wendy are you ok?!" I ask in a panic and she looks at me while asking "Does it look swollen?" Her eye was purple, I gave Wendy a black eye! "Everything's gonna be fine, don't worry I'll...I'll go get some ice!" I tell her before running off to find ice.  I spot a cooler and run over, grabbing an entire bag of ice before running off to find Wendy. Please be ok, please be ok, please be ok! "Where is she? Where is she?" I whisper to myself before spotting her still at the booth when some guy bumped into me and the ice goes flying. I grab the bag and shove as much ice as I could while yelling at the guy:

"Hey watch where you're going, man!" The bald man in a grey suit grabs his tape measurer and runs off, jerk! I start to run back to Wendy when I skid to a stop to see Robbie pressing a snow cone into her eye. "Alright, just ease your eyeball into that freezy cone." "Robbie thanks, that's really sweet, the gesture and the flavored syrup," Wendy sighs out and Robbie starts nervously twisting the string on his hoodie as he told her. "Yeah, I was just here in the right place at the right time."

I grasp the bag of ice tighter, please tell me he's not gonna do what I think he's gonna do! "You know I've been meaning to ask you...We've been spending a lot of time together and I was wondering if maybe you wanted to go out with me?" I hug the bag of ice tighter, biting my lower lip in worry, please say no, please say no... "Yeah, I guess so," She shrugs out while Robbie does a fist bump. "Sweet!" My face drops, eyes widening as I feel my heart breaking soon shattering into a million pieces a balloon popping behind me, that about explains it.

The ice bag breaks and the ice falls out, my sister running up to me with a pig in hand, shouting "Look Dipper, I won a pig! His name is Waddles. I call him that because he waddles. Waddles!" She starts shaking Waddles as I mutter "Everything is different now..." "What are you lookin' at?" She soon asks when she noticed I paid no attention and I point to Wendy and Robbie who were going on the Tunnel of Love and Corndogs. Mabel winces.

(y/n)'s p.o.v.

The sun was starting to set and I let out a sigh of disappointment, I wanted to hang out with the twins today but Dipper said he was hanging out with Wendy and Mabel disappeared when the festival started, I had been walking around aimlessly all day, they had promised to spend some time together before the festival ended but it was going to end soon and neither of them was in sight. I found myself walking to the game area where I saw Dipper lying on one of the games just staring up, what happened? I spot Mabel not too far off and when I walk up and watch her dress a pig up as a doctor.

"Mabel? What are you doing? And what happened to Dipper?" I ask her and she shoves the pig in my face. "(y/n)! Meet Waddles! He's my new pet pig! I call him Waddles cuz he waddles!" I give Waddles a scratch behind the ear and nod again asking "So what happened?" "Dipper's heartbroken because Wendy started going out with Robbie," She tells me before continuing to dress her pig and I wince. It had been no big surprise that Robbie had a crush on Wendy, I was a little surprised she said yes if I'm being honest.

I look at Dipper he was in the same place letting out a depressed sigh as the Pizza Lover T-shirt guy walked away in sadness since Dipper was in the way of the game. As much as it would've been fun to hang out...Making Dipper feel better is more important. "Agent Doctor Waddles, we got a boy here with a broken heart."

 Mabel says, presenting Doctor Waddles with a chuckle while I give an amused smile. We look at Dipper and...Nothing. "Come on man, these are the jokes," She tells him and he responds with "Girls do you ever wish you could go back and undo just one mistake?" A flash of a blue flame and a handshake cross my mind and I found myself nodding without knowing why.

"Nope! I do everything right all the time," Mabel responds, continuing to play with Waddles as Dipper sits up and starts to ramble. "I mean Wendy only went out with Robbie was there with the ice and she only needed ice because of the baseball and I woulda had the ice if it wasn't for-"

He cuts himself off as he looks at someone. I turn my head to see a bald guy, with goggles and a gray suit. "That guy!" Dipper says before marching up to him, Mabel and I walking up in tow. "Hey you, toolbelt! You ruined my life!" Really? I get you have feelings for her but you'll get over it...Wait...Why do I care that much? "Heh?" "Don't heh me, I've seen you before. What's your deal are you following us around?"

Dipper asks, Mabel soon chiming in with "And why are you bald? What's that all about?" The guy starts to freak out. "My position has been compromised! Assuming stealth mode...Color match...Initiate color match...Come on dang it!" The man stutters out his suit changing colors to match backgrounds. What the wha? He pulls out a red screwdriver which I notice is Grunkle Stan's from the sticker on it. 

"That's amazing! Are you from the future or something?" Mabel asks as I chime in "And what are you doing with Grunkle Stan's screwdriver?" He starts freaking out more "N-no! W-who told you that? Memory wipe!" He throws a baby wipe in Mabel's face who peels it off, giving the strange man a look as she told him. "This is a baby wipe," He lets out a sigh and sits down before telling us "Alright, you've cornered me. I'm...A time traveler."

 "So wait a minute if you're from the future do you have a time machine or something?" Dipper asks and he responds with "That's kinda how it works," Dipper looks up and I follow his gaze to the Ferris wheel where you could see Wendy and Robbie, oh no...Don't tell me he's gonna try and prevent them from going out. Jeez, why did that thought bother me so much?
