Barf Bag slowly started walking down the stairs, ready to join the rest of the group for breakfast. The morning sickness had slowly started to die down, but now she was starting to face some...other pregnancy symptoms.

Pin turned around, as she was finsihing up breakfast, "Good morning Barf Bag!" she greated with a cheerful tone.

Barf Bag looked extra irritable. "Morning," she responded, in a dull tone.

Pin was slightly turned off by Barf Bag's change in demenor, "Okay...I left you a nice bowl of maple syrup."

Barf Bag started at Pin, "Thanks I guess."

Pin scrunched her face in confusion, "What's up with her" she thought, as she continued to make breakfast for the family.

As Barf Bag sat down at the table, she couldn't shake the feeling of irritation that had settled over her like a dark cloud. She knew it was the hormones, but that didn't make it any easier to deal with. Her sense of smell had also become heightened, and the strong scent of maple syrup was suddenly nauseating.

"This smells bad," Barf Bag said, pushing the maple syrup away.

It started to click with everyone that Barf Bag was in...that stage of her pregnancy. Pin, Saw, and Needle knew all too well that pregnancy hormones were one of the biggest bitches to deal with.

Pin took a deep breath, trying to keep her composure, "Okay, then is there anything else you want?"

Barf Bag sighed, "I don't know."

Just then, Donut headed downstairs, hearing that Barf Bag was starting to get moody. Once he made it to the kitchen table, he could tell that Barf Bag had put a little bit of a damper on breakfast. "Here Barfy," he said calmly, "How about you head upstairs, and once your ready to eat something, you can come back down, okay?"

Barf Bag reluctantly agreed, "Okay, whatever." She headed back upstairs and slammed the door behind her, sending shockwaves through the entire house.

Donut felt bad that the group had to endure her, "Sorry about that guys...it seems like the hormones have started to take over."

Needle was sympathetic, "It's cool, I get it, I was...quite the person to deal with during my pregnancy. Considering the fact she's carrying twice the load that I was, she's doing okay!"

Meanwhile, Thread looked over at her father, concerned about her aunt, "Daddy...why is Auntie Barf Bag so angry?"

Coiny sighed, wrapping his hand around Thread, "Well, you know how Dimey gets a little fussy when he doesn't take a poo poo after a while?"

Thread tilted her head. "Yeah?"

Coiny nodded, trying to find the right words. "Well, it's kind of like that, but a lot more complicated. Auntie Barf Bag has a lot of feelings and changes going on inside her right now because she has two whole babies living in her tummy! It's not easy for her, and sometimes it makes her feel grumpy."

Thread seemed to understand her father. "It would be hard to imagine two babies living in my tummy!"

Coiny chuckled at Thread's understanding, "You get it, Thread. We just have to remember to be kind to her, okay?"

Thread nodded, "Okay daddy!"

Coiny gave Thread a kiss. "Thank you for being so understanding, sweetheart!"

Just on cue, Dimey started to get extra fussy in his high chair as Needle was feeding him. "No!" he shouted.

Needle seemed surprised at Dimey's change in attitude, "No? What do you mean no?"

"NO!" He shouted again, making the whole table silently laugh.

"It seems like Barf Bag's mood swings are contagious now, huh?" Gaty noted.

The table erupted in laughter, easing the tension that had settled over breakfast. Needle chuckled, trying to calm Dimey down. "Alright, alright, no more food for now," she said, lifting him out of the high chair and bouncing him gently.

Upstairs, Barf Bag sat on her bed, taking deep breaths to calm herself. She knew her friends were trying their best to understand and support her, and she felt a pang of guilt for snapping at them. Just as she was about to get up and apologize, there was a soft knock on her door.

"Come in," she called, her voice softer this time.

Pin cracked open the door. "Hey, it's just me. Just wanted to make sure you're doing okay!"

Barf Bag started to have tears form in her eye's, "I'm sorry for snapping at you at breakfast, it's just these pregnancy hormones are crazy and-"

"Hey," Pin softly grabbed her hand before Barf Bag could finish her sentence, "You have nothing to apologize about. You're not the only one who's gone through the craziness of pregnancy hormones."

Barf Bag let out a sigh of relief. "Thanks, Pin. It's just so overwhelming sometimes."

Pin smiled warmly. "I know it is. Remember when I cried during a comedy movie when I was pregnant with Thread...a COMEDY for thumbtacks sake!"

Barf Bag chuckled, reminiscing on that moment, "I still don't know how you managed to do that?"

Pin smiled back, "I honestly don't know either, but my point is...pregnancy hormones do some weird shit to you. I've been through them, Saw's been through them, and Needle's been through them! We all understand what it's like and we totally get it if you're not your usual self for a little bit."

Barf Bag felt a weight lift off her shoulders. "Thanks, Pin. It's really comforting to know you all understand."

Pin squeezed her hand gently. "Anytime. Now, how about we go back downstairs and try breakfast again? I'm willing to make you something simple if you're up for it?"

Barf Bag nodded. "That sounds nice."

As they made their way back downstairs, the atmosphere had lightened considerably. Saw and Bladey we're chatting away with each other, and Donut was attempting to get Dimey to laugh by making funny faces.

Barf Bag took a seat at the table, and Pin placed some fresh fruit and tea in front of her. She took a sip of the tea and felt a soothing warmth spread through her. "This is perfect," she said with a small smile.

Everyone continued with their morning routine, making sure to check in on Barf Bag and offer her any help she needed. Despite the occasional mood swings and moments of frustration, the love and support of her friends made everything more manageable.
