The Story of How Kai Parker Fell in Love Part Two

**3 weeks later**

I walk into the Salvatore mansion with Kai. Damon and Stefan screamed

"Y/N!" They both engulfed me in a hug.

"Hi guys."

"Are you ok?" Stefan asked.

Damon looked at Kai and slammed him into a wall.

"Damon! Stop!"

"Why? He kidnapped you and held you hostage for three weeks!"

"That's not true. I chose to stay with him for three week." I say calmly.

He drops Kai and turns to me

"What?! Why would you want to stay with that psychopath more than you have to?"

"Because she loves me and I love her."
Kai interrupts.

"Lies!" Damon screams.

I look towards Stefan and he looks at me genuinely. I'm guess he knew it was true. He nods, signaling me to go to Kai. I intertwined fingers with Kai and he kissed my hand.

"Why? Just why?" Damon says.

This brought everyone's attention. Jo, Alaric, Liv, Tyler, Caroline, Elena and Bonnie gave me horrified looks as they look at Kai and i's intertwined hands.

"We're dating ok? I don't see how that's a big deal." Kai speaks up.

"The big deal is that a psycho who killed half of his family, suddenly learned to love someone."
Bonnie says.

"Yea. For all you know, he could be setting you up and ditching you at the last moment." Caroline adds.

"Well then we will cross that bridge when we get to it then."

"But what if it's too late?" Liv says.

Kai grabs me from behind and leaves a kiss on the crook of my neck.

"I love you. That's all that matters." He whispers.

"Yeah." I say bitterly.

I walk out of the door and Bonnie screams

"Wait..."

"Leave me alone." I say and closed the door.
