This will be based partially on the TV show but mainly from the books.

I was walking home from my friend (Y/F/N) house in New Jersey when a heard a scream from an alleyway. I got my phone out and rushed over to the noise while dialling 911. When I got there I saw a younger girl cowering away from a wolf. A werewolf. Just as it was about to lunge I did the only thing I could think of and threw my phone at it. It hit of their back and they made a noise as if they were in pain before turning quickly to face me.

"Run!" I yelled to the girl who looked no older than 12. She did and I watched her run out of the alley, over my should before turning back to the downworlder. It was growling and foaming slightly at the mouth.

"Calm down," I said, when they never did I crouched down on one knee and looked them in the eyes. The only thing I can do is unglamour my eyes for a few seconds (IDK I know they sometimes get perminite glamours so im assuming they can briefly take them off. Tell me if im wrong please.). I let my snake eyes show and said again, firm and coldly "Calm down doggy," They did so I figure they might listen to me, "Don't panic. Sit down."

They sat down, however started growling slightly. I know they aren't going to behave for long so I decide to take them back to my hotel room. I walk through the city with my hand clutching on the the wolf's fur. Thank god its night time. We got back to my hotel, I live in Brooklyn but was visiting (Y/F/N) for the weekend, and sneaked in. We weren't allowed pets, although a werewolf isn't really a pet but i'm sure they wouldn't like this either.

When we got in I took them to the bathroom. It was very basic, thank god, so I could lock them in their without anything of value being broken. I locked them in with some food from my mini fridge and went on my phone. Maybe the internet would have some advice? I could hear the wolf growling and smashing things. The water had stopped working this morning, a blessing in disguise, so I don't have to worry about flooding the place.

I stayed up all night encase they turned back, confused, or broke out. Luckily they didn't. I never wanted to get involved in the shadow world but I couldn't let a helpless mundie die. Or a wolf to wander the city. Someone would get hurt, or worse.

I was lying down when I heard it. Someone calling out for help, from the bathroom. My time to shine. I unlocked the door and took in the damage. The sink was off the wall and the toilet was obliterated.

"Who are you?" A voice questioned. I looked to see a girl covering herself with a towel, sat down on the floor next to the shower.

"Im (Y/N). Do you remember what happened or what you are?" She shook her head.

"All I remember is pain. Then I was hear. What am I?" she was trembling.

"You're a werewolf. Im guessing you turned for the first time," I didn't want to freak her out about the mundane girl. "Come out of there. You can borrow some of my clothes and I'll explain a bit more." we did just that. We went out for some food when she said.

"I cant stay here any more. My parents forgot I exist and now this has happened. Oh God what if I see my ex again?" she looked at me worried while I raised an eyebrow.

"An ex? Really, that's what your concerned about?"

"Oh that sounds silly. No im pretty sure he's the one who turned me."

"Or your just pretty," I murmured under my breath.

"What?"

"Oh nothing, um well we'll find you a pack outside of the city. If that's what you want?" she nodded her head.

"ok so what we'll do is go to your house and get some of your stuff. Then if you want to you can crash at mine and take you to the nearest pack." I said.

"Stay at yours?"

"yeah, only if you want."

"Ok. This is weird isn't it?" she scrunched up her nose as she said it. I just shrugged and finished my favourite food, (f/f).

"Where do you live and how much is rent?" she asked as we got up to leave, having already paid.

"Brooklyn and free."

"I cant just live of you," she stopped. "I'll pay rent as soon as I get a job."

"No you wont."

"Yes I will!" Stubborn, I like it.

"Fine, you pay for food, I'll pay bills. I own the flat anyway."

"Deal"

And that was the start of a beautiful friendship turned romance.
