You meet some more of his friends
You get separated at around 11
Once he realises the time he searches his whole flat for you
He finds you chatting with Alec and a vampire about their motorbikes when the countdown starts
Champagne is given out to everyone
When you hear the countdown start you look up and scan the room for Magnus
Him rushing over to you

Suddenly glitter fills the room
You pull back while Magnus grins
"New Year, New Glitter!"
Grinning like idiots
After he kicks everyone out you snuggle on the sofa talking about the past year's memories
His favourite is when you said yes when he asked you out
Yours is when you met him
Closely followed by the time he tried to enchant a carpet to fly when he was drunk
Not making new years revolution
You know you'll just break them
Falling asleep on the couch
You invite some friends over for new years dinner
You decide to invite people who don't have a family to spend new years with
Ragnor, Catirina, Raphael, Madzie, Maia and a couple others
Magnus and you go and visit the Lightwoods, the Fairchilds/Greymarks, and Jace during the day
You and Magnus race to be the first over the threshold
Neither of you wants to cook so before everyone arrives for dinner he portals to Italy to get traditional food
Your guests know but don't say anything
You and Magnus can't wait for the next year of your life to start, together
