Chapter eighteen: Zelena's sacrifice

''I was about to wring her scrawny little neck, and then she just poofed away.'' Snow, David, Emma, Hook, Regina, Robin and Peter and Lillian were listening to Zelena going off about the Black Fairy. She came to Zelena in hope of allies. 

''Makes sense she's headed to the Dwarf tunnels. It's an easy place to hide.''

''And there are miles of them below Storybrooke. Pinning her down in there won't be easy.''

''Well, the good news is, whatever her plan was for the Final Battle, she needs help. Which means we have time to figure out how to stop her.'' Robin nodded, placing an arm around Regina's shoulders as he spoke before Killian spoke up.

''Well, perhaps that's where this piece of wand comes in.'' He spoke up, getting the piece of the wand out his pocket. ''Tiger Lily.'' When he saw his cousin looking at him, he sighed. ''The other Tiger Lily said it had been used to banish the Black Fairy once. If we can find the other half, perhaps we can do it again.''

''So, where do we look?''

''I'm not waiting around for some piece of wand. The only reason I didn't blast that noir-colored nit out of existence is because of Little Robin. So, if one of you'd be kind enough to watch her for a minute,'' Robin glared at Zelena, she hadn't allowed him much time with their daughter. ''I'll do what I intended and go and take care of this.''

''Well, hold on. You can't just go down there alone and confront her.''

''Why not? What, you think I can't defeat her? I'm more powerful than you.''

''Oh, really? Is that why I had to rip out my own heart to save you from the Evil Queen?''

''Look, I would have been fine without your help.''

''Believe what you want. You're not going down there.''

''Okay!'' Lillian yelled out, her eyes darting between Zelena and Regina. ''Sibling rivalry aside, Regina's right.'' Peter nodded at her words.

''I've lived with her, she is more powerful than all of us combined. We need to get the wand back before we go up against her, and when we do, we're going to do this together.''

''Thank you.'' Regina answered.

''Okay, fine. Have it your way, but you're doing it without me.'' Zelena spoke up as she grabbed Baby Robin and walking out of the station. 

''She gonna be okay?''

''Yeah. She just needs to cool off. In the meantime, why don't I take that piece of wand back to my vault, see if I can cast a locator spell on it.''

''What about us? I mean, we can't just sit around here doing nothing.'' David asked, his hands resting in his back pockets. 

''Well, we won't be. We have plenty to do to keep us busy.''

''We do?'' Hook questioned, his eyes darting to Lillian, but she just raised her shoulders.

''Well, you've obviously never planned a wedding.''

''You really want to pick out centerpieces on the eve of the Final Battle?''

''I do. David and I went through with our wedding after you threatened us. It gave people hope. Why should Emma and Hook's be any different?'' Snow gave a smile towards Emma and Hook. ''So, who's ready to put their hearts into some wedding planning?'' Lillian and Peter looked at each other, waving their hands and 'poofing' away.

Luna and Liam were sitting with Henry in his house, they were trying to translate the hieroglyphs he had written days before. Their parents were busy trying to contact the other Tiger Lily so they decided to leave them to it.
