Forgets Your Birthday (part 2)

Oh god he really did forget. 

"Yea mate she turns 19 today remember" Ed said resulting in Harrys shock. 

"Oh shit" He mumbled. He looked at the photo in my hands as it dropped to the floor. 

"Sorry?" He shrugged. No, sorry wasn’t good enough, I was looking forward today and he just ruined it. I picked up the photo and shoved it in the box and started to clear the table. 

"I’m sorry we aren’t open at the moment, come again later" I snarled. The boys lead Harry out of the cafe and left me to clean up. I can’t believe he forgot my birthday! AGAIN! Thats right! AGAIN! He did this to me last year and decided to go to the club instead of spend my birthday with me. He made up for it of course but twice in a row is enough.  

"Hey Y/N" a co-worker said walking over to help me clear the table. He gave me a weak smile and attempted to cheer me up. His name was Tyson and he was guy and a good friend of mine. 

"Girlfriend did i mention that your hair is AMAZING!" He said in his cheery tone. At first sight you wouldn’t think Tyson was gay, he was tall, handsome and muscular and had a low voice but as soon as he speaks you can instantly tell. I laughed when he snapped is fingers in a z formation. 

"Look girl don’t worry about him, he is just an idiot for forgetting your birthday, focus on the people who did remember!" He shouted while walking behind the counter to wash all the dishes. He was right why should i worry!? Today is about ME not him! All i have to do is focus on the people around me, on the people that actually remembered! I heard the little bell on the door ding as someone walked into the cafe. 

"Hey sis" Liam said walking back over to you. He had his hands shoved into his pockets, a disappointed look on his face. 

"Hey Li" I sighed. Ok I can’t help but worry, why did he forget when a week ago it was all he would talk about?

"I’m real sorry about Harry, Y/N. I don’t understand how he had forgotten, only a few days ago was he out hours a day looking for the perfect birthday present for you" he said rubbing the back of his neck. Wait he spent that much time trying to get me a gift? Awwww how sweet! NO! HE FORGOT Y/N DONT FALL FOR IT!!!

"Yea well it isn’t surprising. I mean two years in a row! Thats Li" I said still wiping down the table and scrubbing off the stains that always seemed to stick and never go away from the wooden surface. 

"I know Y/N, I know. But don’t worry he will make it up to you, he did last time" He saidattempting to smile slightly. 

I scoffed “The fact that there was a last time is not a good thing at all. Plus how can he make it up to me when I’m at work all day and will probably be in too much of a grumpy mood when I get home”

"You’ll see, he will Y/N. And if he doesn’t give my sister the best then he’s gonna get it" Liam said making me chuckle slightly. Lets hope he does make it up to for, otherwise he is stuck with me giving him the silent treatment for a while. 

*HARRYS POV*

SHIT SHIT SHIT SHIT SHIT NOT AGAIN!!!!!

"I can’t believe I forgot her birthday….AGAIN!" I said once we all got back to my place, excluding Liam, he wen’t back to talk to Y/N

"Yea mate what happened there? I mean just a few days ago Y/N’s birthday was all you would talk about, how in hells name could you have forgotten?" Louis said, I heard Zayn add a muffled ‘again’ to the end of Louis’ sentence. 

"I honestly have no idea, I guess I was just so tired that I couldn’t think properly" I shrugged, how could I forget? Nice one Harry you fucked up again. 

"Well how are you gonna make it up to her Harry?" Liam said walking through the door. Oh shit, how am I gonna make it up to her!? She will be at work all day which means she will come home in a grumpy ass per usual. 

"I don’t know. UGH! What do I do lads? I’ve fucked up big time" I said pinching the bridge of my nose, my frustration is causing me headache. 

"Well thats easy" Niall says walking in with a bag of crisps (chips) in his hands and stuffed into his mouth. 

"What is it!?" I asked sounding just a tiny bit desperate, nice one Harry. 

"Its simple, what does Y/N love most in the world, you, Liam and puppies" Niall explains, this is no help so far we already know all the stuff. Wait…

"Are you suggesting I get her a puppy?"

"Thats exactly what I’m suggesting"
