you were good friends with nct, and one day, they decided to invite you to a water park.

"y/n, do you want me to put your stuff in one of the lockers?" renjun offered.

"oh, you already got them? show me where it is," you replied to renjun.

"they're over there!" xiaojun pointed and you turned around. "use locker number 628. the code is 4367!"

you nodded, "okay, i'll be right back!" you said to them and headed to the lockers. you found locker 628 and opened the locker, but two bags and some clothes immediately fell out. you sighed, "could they have at least put everything away nicely?

you picked up everything and put the items neatly in the locker. you took your coverup off and put your clothes in your bag before putting your bag in the locker. you closed the locker and headed outside.

okay, where are the guys?

you looked around, expecting to find the guys nearby, but you couldn't find them anywhere.

you groaned in frustration, "i'm friends with people who lost the person they invited, nice," you spoke to yourself and looked around again to see if you could find at least one person out of the twenty-three handsome men that you were supposed to be with.

unfortunately, you were unable to find them and found yourself near the entrance to the lazy river. you decided to go into the lazy river and walked back to the entrance. you grabbed a swim ring and sat on top of it while the soft current took your away from the entrance.

"i hope i get a decent tan out of this trip," you said to yourself and rested your hands on each side of the swim ring.

you were floating around and traveling along the path of the lazy river when you saw that you were about to pass under a bridge.

"y/n!" you heard your name being called out and immediately noticed haechan on the bridge. "where have you been?" he asked you, clearly worried for you.

"i should be asking you that," you said to him, "you guys left me while i was putting my stuff in the locker!" you yelled and went under the bridge. you managed to turn yourself to face the other way and came out of the tunnel. haechan had walked to the other side of the bridge and held onto the railing. "how could you forget the person you invited? huh?"

"you're a short human! we can't see you in these crowds!" haechan yelled at you.

"rude!"

"hurry and come out! we're getting worried! we already lost some of the other guys!" he said to you.

"bye haechan!" you waved while going further down the path.

you watched haechan run off and continued enjoying your leisure time in the lazy river. while in the river, you saw a familiar face.

"so, did you get sick of watching the kids?" you asked taeyong, who had sunglasses on and his arms behind his head.

"yup, i lost most of them anyways, so now i can have me time," he replied to you and smiled.

"i feel that, considering i lost you guys," you said to him. "wanna get a drink?"

"i've already had two."

you stared at him, "we've been here for like forty minutes."

"they were much needed."
