"over here, quick," yuta said to you. he pulled you underneath an awning to protect the two of you from the sudden rain that started falling.

"was it supposed to rain?" you asked him, fixing your hair that got hit by rain.

"yea, but i thought we would miss it by the time we left the theater," he replied as he zipped up his jacket a little bit.

"maybe it'll just pass by," you said and looked up him, "we can stay under here till then," you smiled at him.

"and if it doesn't pass?" he asked, raising an eyebrow at you.

"then we could dance in the rain?" you answered in question form.

"are you trying to make a reference to "dancing in the rain"?" yuta asked you.

"maybe?"

a smile appeared on yuta's face, and he leaned in to kiss you.

"what was that for?" you asked him.

"you're just too cute," he replied with a chuckle. "let's sit, maybe the rain will pass," he said and both of you sat on a bench.

the rain didn't stop as you two stayed under the awning.

"dancing in the rain, drip drop," you started singing in boredom while yuta was on his phone, "우린 다 젖어도."

"walking up, walking down," yuta added along and both of you looked at each other with smiled on your faces. "you know, we're singing in the rain too," he mentioned.

it took you a second to realize that he was referencing a lyric to the song and you started laughing at yourself.

"did you forget the lyrics?" he asked and you nodded.

"yea, that's why it took me a second," you replied.

"rain's lighting up. want to go get a bite to eat now?" yuta said as he looked at the sky.

"okay," you replied and both of you got up from the bench you sat on. yuta held your hand as you two walked in the light rain.

you hummed to "dancing in the rain" as you two went around to look for something to eat. both of you decided to buy street food and just snack on stuff until you were no longer hungry for the night.

"that was good," you said as you two took a break by walking around the area you were in.

yuta wrapped his arm around you, holding you close as you two walked. "should we bring something home to snack on?" he asked.

"maybe, but we'll probably won't eat it tonight since it's getting late," you responded.

"hey, look over there," yuta gestured with his head to look at a crowd. you noticed filming equipment and stage equipment but couldn't see what was being filmed.

"i can't see anything," you said to him and stood on your tip toes to look over people's shoulders.

"let's get closer," he said. you two started walking and got as close as you could to the front of the crowd.

from there, the two of you watched what seemed to be a musical scene for a movie.

"that looks like so much fun," you commented as you watched the scene being filmed.

"shall we?" yuta asked you.

"what?" you asked him.

"shall we dance in the rain?" he asked again with a smile.

"show me some moves then," you replied to him. and with "dancing in the rain" stuck in your head, you two actually danced in the rain together.
