"Oh Halloween the one time of the year where's its okay to scare children without a lawsuit." Stan says while putting on decorations.
"The best time of the year well except Hanukkah, Christmas and Summerween." Mabel said in a princess costume.
"You know it!" Dipper agreed in a Prince costume "Lady Mabelton." She greeted bowing.
"Sir dipping sauce." Mabel said back both look at each then burst out laughing then notice Ford his hair all frizzed out "Hey Grunkle Ford nice mad scientist costume you have there!" She said giving a thumbs up.
"It's not a costume." Ford said simply walking back into he basement.
"Awkwarrdd! Anyway man your Halloween without trick or treating what are yah gonna do?" Soos asked dressed as a gorilla.
"Bill!" Dipper shrieked out of nowhere.
"Inappropriate Dipper." Stan says pointing at her disapprovingly.
"No not that look!" Dipper said pointing at Bill who is in a monstrous form making everyone scream. He looks like the picture above.
"What?" Bill said sipping his soda "Do I have something on my face or something?" He asked looking at Dipper who looks at him shaking her head.
"Bill why are you in demon form scaring everyone to almost peeing their pants?" Dipper asked while Soos is looking away awkwardly "Go to the bathroom Soos." She said making Soos leave.
"Because monsters like me on Halloween take this opportunity of costume wearing to be ourselves in public and no one will be the wiser!" Bill said while licking his lips with his long black tongue.
"Well can you change back?" Dipper said her arms crossed.
"I could but I won't." Bill said matter of factly then grinned tying closer to Dipper "Hey Pinetree are you gonna be my prince charming tonight?" He asked putting his upper arms on her face, middle arms on her arms and lower arms on her waist so he can lick her face.
"As much I would love to Bill me and Mabel have plans." Dipper says unlocking Bill's arms from her smirking.
"Yeah were going to our first high school Halloween party!" Mabel says out loud.
"Wait a party?" Stan asked then shakes his head "No way you going without an adult chaperone," he said arms crossed.
"I'll go!" Bill said excited making his stomach mouth drop open.
"I guess a trillion year old demon dating my niece counts but no funny business Cipher." Stan orders getting back to decorating the shack.
"No guarantees!" Bill chirped kissing Dipper's cheek making Mabel squeal.
"This is gonna be a long night i can already tell." Dipper said shaking her head smiling at Bill who assaults her face with kisses.
