Bill is known for being involved in crimes which is something Dipper hates. Dipper is 19 Bill is 20.

"Hey kids help me with loading up these pugs." Stan asked holding a barrel of little pugs.
"Grunkle Stan I'd rather not get involved in any crimes." Dipper replied watching TV.
"Yeah going to jail once is more than enough." Mabel says then laughs "Ha she's so cray-cray!" She laughs more.
"I'll help Stan." Bill says getting up but was pulled back by Dipper "Hey what gives Pinetree!" He asked arms crossed.
"Bill you've been to 3 times this month I don't want to bail you out again!" Dipper sternly said.
"Please I was in disguise every time no one knew it was me!" Bill retorted getting Dipper's hand off him and kissed it "I promise I won't get in trouble again." He told her getting up.
"Fine but if you get caught tell the police it was Grunkle Stan's idea." Dipper said getting a nod from Bill as he left.
"Hey! I resent that! No one is putting me under the bus!" Stan declared storming out the room.
"By the way if the police do show up flush my private stash!" Bill said quickly then closed the door in a hurry.
"Wait what?" Mabel asked perplexed getting a shrug from Dipper so they resume watching TV.
"You know sometimes I wonder why I'm with Bill." Dipper wondered out loud.
"Cause he's hot and great at 'you know what'." Mabel said not looking away from the TV.
"Well there's more but yeah." Dipper mutters blushing.
Ring-Ring
"I got it!" Mabel said grabbing the phone "Uh huh nope never heard of him okay bye!" Mabel hung up turning to Dipper "We may have to cross the border this time Dip." She says getting a sigh from Dipper who shakes her head just done.
