Bill is Dipper's bully during highschool but one day their feelings for each other changed for the better. Both like 16. They look like above except the top hat and cape.
Gravity falls highschool
"Hey Pines look where your going!" Bill says elbowing Dipper who was walking in the hallway during class transition.
"Bill." Dipper growls banging her head on her locker but immediately regretted "Oww oww!" She winces holding her head.
"Hey Dipdop!" Mabel hollers making her twin jump she giggles "Got yah!" She says smiling.
"Mabel gah!" Dipper snaps she sighs "I can't deal with Bill anymore!" She opens her locker and got her things "Last class of the day then 2 days of no Bill Cipher." She smirks.
End of school
"Enjoy the weekend class and remember read chapter 10!" The teacher Ms.Elly says smiles as the bells rings and everyone storms out going tot he bus or their cars.
"Hey Dipstick you got something on your back." Bill said making Dipper look and see a 'kick me' sign.
"Really." Dipper deadpanned crumbling up the paper.
"Also you peed your pants." Bill added pointing down.
"No I didn't." Dipper says then Bill poured water on her pants "Bill!" She screams storming off to the janitors closet that was conveniently open she tries to her paper towels but the were too high up "A little help buttface." She asks miffed.
"Sure thing shorty." Bill replied going inside and gives the towels to Dipper. At that time the janitor happened to come by and close the door locking it.
"Huh?" Both Bill and Dipper say then went up and banged at the door but no one noticed cause no one was there except the janitor who wore headphones.
"Great just great I'm stuck in here with you!" Dipper groans sliding down the door to the floor head in hands.
"Hey what did I do?" Bill questioned making Dipper glare at him harshly.
"What did you do?" Dipper repeated "You bully me at every cancer you get!" She snapped.
"Uh duh because I like you!" Bill said like it's obvious making Dipper confused "Wow you really don't get guy crushes do yah?" He chuckled sitting next to Dipper.
"Wait so you like me?" Dipper asked perplexed.
"Uh yeah your the smartest and most beautiful girl in school." Bill replied making both blush and he rubs his neck embarrassed.
"So how do we get out?" Dipper asked twiddling her thumbs.
"Easy I got my phone." Bill said cheekily so Dipper punched his arm.
