chapter 80 - being sneaky

*Danny*

We have loads of promo to do today ugh. I open my eyes as I hear my phone pinging. I scan the room and realise in on the sofa in jess's pent house, I smile as I remember last night. I'm so glad me and jess cleared everything up- it felt so good and we seemed to be able to talk to each other how we used to.

I get up and realise the time- shit. I have 10 minutes before the cars come! I write jess a quick note so say thank you and I'll see her in a bit and left. I can't wipe the happy smile of my face!

______later on______

We finally have a break! I look for jess; I walk to the new big dinner area and see the lads.

Danny: hi guys, have you seen jess?

Tom: no

Will: um, I think she went to her dressing room

Danny: thanks will!

I turn on my heels and walk down the long, winding corridors trying not to get lost. I finally find her room. I knock

Jess: o-open

I open the door and see her wiping her eyes looking at her phone

Danny: jess? What's wrong?

Jess: n-nothing *sniffles*

Danny: oh please tell me, I don't want to see you upset!

Jess: it-it's just cam-

Danny: what about him?

Jess: it seems weird talking to you about it...

Danny: no go on, I want to help, I don't care!

Jess: um, he-he got married yesterday...

Danny: already?!

She nodded and some more tears flowed, I pulled her into a hug and she cried into my chest

Jess: sorry I'm b-eing silly!

Danny: of course you're not! Jess you're aloud to be upset, you only broke up with him what

Jess: just over a year ago

Danny: Fucking hell and he didn't ask you in 10 years?!

She shook her head

Danny: awh, but your aloud to hurt, I hurt when I see Irma with her new bloke... it's just how it is...

She wiped her eyes

Jess: It just sort of hurts still, because we ended because I loved him to much it never felt like it ended and now it's just-

Danny: I understand...

She gave me a 'thank you' look and I wiped her tears and gave her a smile. She sorted out her makeup and was flicking through her phone at photos; they were of cam and his new wife. I saw she commented something

Comment: 'awh congratulations you two, you look really good together! I hope you had a wonderful day! Wish you both well! X'

She sighed and closed her phone as we were called back for more promo- ughhhhhhh!!!

*Jessie*

We are all sat in nandos having a nice catch up.

Tom: it's nice to have both Danny and Jessie in the same room with both their heads on!

He laughs and we do too, I smile at Danny and he smiles back. I'm so over the moon about the fact we sorted everything. And I fell like our old amazing friendship has returned! It's perfect!
