Day 19 of CountDown to Christmas
~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~
Julian and a few of the other Dortmund boys had agreed to go to the shopping mall in Dortmund. Julian had no idea why he agreed to such things but he did. He knew that it wouldn't be a good idea considering that it was 6 days to Christmas. Every shop would be packed to the brim with people who are either in a mad rush to get Christmas presents or people who are just getting the last little bits. Julian never left his shopping this late hating being surrounded by a bunch of people. He hates the busyness and the panic yet he still agreed to come here with the guys. When they made it to the shopping mall Julian was correct in saying that it would be packed because it was. It wasn't quite as busy as he originally thought that it may be but it was still really busy.

"Let's play a bit of dares," Marco smirked as they were walking past one of the many shops. This was probably the main reason that he asked if anyone wanted to go to the shops with him. He may be the captain of Dortmund and meant to be setting a good example but he's a literal kid at heart and dares is one of his favourite games. Julian learnt that very quickly from international duty and then also when he moved to Borussia Dortmund. He had also learnt to never get a dare from Marco although you can't help who they pick because they are always the worst and the most embarrassing. All of the guys nodded their head in agreement and reluctantly Julian also nodded his head. They played the game just daring each other to do stupid things. There was one rule in their game which was that they could never refuse to do the dare. They had to do it no matter what. There were also rules to the game. They couldn't dare anyone to do anything illegal, could damage their careers or cheat on someone there, not that mean. Near enough but not quite. They would push the boundaries a lot and make people really uncomfortable. Their teammates would be uncomfortable but they would also make random people uncomfortable as well. There was no end to there games of dares. One could come at any random point during the day just not halfway through the match but as soon as that final whistle blows the game is back on. They even carry it on during international duty or whilst they are away with there family's but if they get a dare then they have to record it as proof that they have actually done it. Majority of the time it's funny because your the one that doesn't have to do the dare but as soon as you have to it's not that much fun. Just pure embarrassment.

"Julian," Marco said smirking. Julian turned to Marco terrified with what Marco was going to come out with. Nobody ever knew with that mouth and Julian's heard stories of the things that he's made other teammates do and they didn't seem nice. Apparently, he once made someone drink there own pee and he didn't fancy do that. As Julian just stared at Marco the smirk didn't leave his face and as soon as he opened his mouth Julian wished he didn't.

"I dare you to get in that line to see Santa and go and see Santa," Marco said. Julian turned around and saw a Santa's grotto and a bunch of kids in the line with there parents excited to go and see Santa. It wasn't necessarily a bad dare it was just embarrassing. Julian nodded his head in defeat and began to walk over to the line of people that were waiting for Santa. He looked a bit awkward walking over but he still did and got in the line. Julian looked around when he was stood in line and when he turned around he saw the Dortmund boys laughing there heads off at him. The redness was fully covering Julian's face because of the embarrassment that he was feeling. It wouldn't be as bad if he had a kid with him because he would be taking them however he didn't. He was lining up to meet Santa all by himself. A 23-year-old was lining up to meet Santa. He wished now he just stayed at home away from everyone except his family. And obviously, training and games when he had to go to them but that would be it. If he had stayed home then he wouldn't have been up for this level of embarrassment. He could feel his face turning more and more red with each second that passed. There were people who were walking past and looking at him weirdly and Julian tried to take no notice of them but that wasn't working very well.
