Y/N Vertonghen was Jan Vertonghen's little sister. When he played for Ajax Y/N lived with Jan working around in Amsterdam For this reason Y/N was quite good friends with the Ajax boys. She was particularly close to Christian Eriksen. They were really good friends maybe even better friends then he and Jan were. When Jan left Ajax in 2012 Y/N stayed in Amsterdam working and became even closer to Christian since he was no longer Jans teammate. In 2013 however, when Christian left Ajax for Tottenham they lost contact with each other and didn't speak at all. Y/N still remembers the day Christian left for London to play for Tottenham Hotspur. It hurts a lot.

"I'm sorry Y/N. I'm so sorry" Christian said when he stood on the doorstep of Y/N's house. Y/N was just staring at him not knowing what to say. He was leaving. He best friend was leaving Amsterdam for the team her brother plays for. The tears were already ready to fall down Y/N's face and when they did Christian instantly started to wipe them off.

"I'm going to miss you." Y/N said voice wavering because of the tears.

"I'm going to miss you too," Christian said to her. Christian leaned in brushing their lips together before he left. Before he left Amsterdam for London. He left Y/N with her thoughts knowing that would never happen again.

Every time Y/N thinks of that memory her heartbreaks even more. Just that kiss. Even though it wasn't a proper kiss she still thought about it a lot and it hurt to know that it wouldn't happen again. She tries to forget that memory but her brain just won't let her.

"Well Done, you played really well!" Y/N said to Jan at the end of the match when the players made it back to the hotel. She walked over with the rest of the family hugging him tightly once she got to him knowing that he would need a hug. Jan hugged her back tightly. Y/N looked out of the corner of her eye and she saw Christian and her attention was suddenly off of Jan.

"Is that Christian?" Y/N asked Jan wanting to make sure before she started shouting his name. She was near enough certain that it was him because even though she hasn't changed since 2013 she has still seen pictures of him and he hasn't changed that much. Y/N did notice though that he did get better looking. In her opinion anyway. Jan turned around to look where she was looking and nodded his head before walking off to talk to another one of his family members. Y/N just rolled her eyes at him before making her way over to Christian.

"Hey Christian." Y/N shouted as she made her way over to him. Christians head turned around knowing he recognised the voice but not knowing quite who it was. When he saw her face though with that light brown hair and brown eyes which seemed to glisten he knew that it was Y/N.

"Y/N" Christian stunted slightly not believing that she was here. He cut off the conversation that he was having with someone and started to make his way over to Y/N. As soon as he reached her he pulled her into a hug not caring about the rest of the boys watching him. He had missed her a lot since he had moved away. It was his own fault that he left but that didn't mean he didn't miss her.

"How have you been?" Christian asked when he pulled back from her. His heart was beating so fast. He had never forgotten the feelings that he had for Y/N he had just learnt to deal with them and hide them from everybody. He would try dating people hoping to forget about Y/N but it would never work. Having Jan as a teammate didn't help either.

"I've been good. I've missed you though. It's been like 6 years." Y/N said smiling. She could feel the rest of the boys stares at her and Christian especially Jan and Toby who knew how close her and Christian were but she couldn't find herself to care about the stares. She saw Christian look around before he grabbed her hand so they could go and talk in private without all of the stares. He pulled her along to his room before he shut the door behind himself and he locked it so if somebody grabbed a key they couldn't get in. They were alone together just talking about anything and everything. They were catching up on the 6 years that they had missed with each other from living in different countries and not keeping contact with each other. None of them knew why they didn't keep contact but for some reason, they didn't.

"I really missed you when you were in London." Y/N admitted. Christian couldn't help but keep they boyish smile on his lips. Even though he lost the final he couldn't help but be happy how this evening was slowly turning out.

"I know I missed you too." Christian smiled at her and Y/N couldn't help but stare into those blue danish eyes. She always got lost in them when she stared into them, it even happened 6 years ago. That feeling had never changed within the years that she didn't see him. Whenever she saw Christian in any pictures her heart would start beating faster knowing the feelings hadn't gone away. Whilst Christian was talking Y/N wasn't really paying attention to what he was saying just watching his lips move. Christian has noticed and smirked to himself already knowing what she was thinking about. Without any warning, Christian started to lean in and so did Y/N. When their lips met it was a slow kiss but quickly became quicker when Christian put his tongue into your mouth. They both pulled back when they needed air and they were both breathing quickly. Christians forehead was just leaning against Y/N's and staring deeply into her eyes.

"I've been thinking about that since I left." Christian smiled at her. Y/N didn't reply just leaning back in to kiss him. When they had to pull back again they were both smiling like idiots. They didn't know where their relationship would go from here but it would go somewhere. Hopefully.
