April 20, 2007

"Oh my God!" I couldn't stop laughing. "Jesus Fuck!"

I turned the T.V. off and called Corey.

"Hello?" He answered.

"Hey, Corey," I said. "How are you and Paul?"

"We're good. How are you and Ryan?"

I looked over at Ryan. "I'm pretty sure Ryan's drunk. BUT SO AM I!"

He chuckled. "What's up?"

"Just wanted to make sure you were alright. And make sure to watch the new episode of 'It's Always Sunny'."

"Will do. I have to go. I love you."

"Love you, too. Bye."

I threw my phone on the couch and looked at Ryan who was just staring at me.

"I always knew you loved me," He smirked.

"Oh, shut up," I giggled and threw a pillow at him.

Ryan and I had grown insanely close over the past couple of months. He and his girlfriend had been flying over to L.A. just to see us. It was fun.

"I know people," Ryan said, then the doorbell rang.

"What the fuck are you talking about?" I chuckled and went to go open up the door.

"Hey, there could be a bad guy at the door!"

"Then you better save me!"

"No," He pushed me into the stairs and opened up the door.

"JESUS FUCK!" I screamed.

My hip hit the corner of the stairs. The problem was that our stairs were made of wood.

"FUCK YOU, RYAN!" I shouted. "FUCK YOU! YOU KNOW WHAT?! GET OUT OF MY FUCKING HOUSE! FUCK YOU! OH MY FUCKING GOD, I'M GOING TO FUCK YOU UP SO FUCKING BAD!"

I stood up very slowly-with a badly bruised hip-and walked to the front door to find Ryan standing in my driveway.

I slapped him across his face and pushed him.

"Whoa!" He shouted. "What the fuck?!"

I went to pull up my shirt to show him my bruise-that hadn't even formed yet-but I heard people yell, "SURPRISE!"

I turned around and screamed as loud as I could-Rob McElhenney, Charlie Day, Glenn Howerton, Kaitlin Olson, and Danny Devito were all in front of me.

"OH MY GOD!" I shrieked and turned around to face Ryan. "YOU KNOW PEOPLE?!"

"I know people," He smiled.

I ran to him and hugged him. "I'm so sorry I slapped you."

"Yeah, what was that for?" Kaitlin asked.

"I pushed her into the stairs," Ryan replied, letting go of me.

"I-I-I-'m a h-h-h-h-huge fan of you-you-your sh-sh-show," I stuttered.

They all walked towards me and hugged me.

"We love the movie you and your mother were in," Kaitlin said.

"Thanks," I chuckled.

"It was raunchy," Danny chuckled.

"Danny Devito is the front of my fucking house," I muttered. "Whoa."

"Hey, your mom's dating Keanu Reeves!" Charlie shouted.

"Let's fucking go inside," Ryan said.

We all walked inside and sat down on my couch.

"We were just watching your show," Ryan said.

"That's funny," Rob said.

"Do you guys want a drink?" I asked them.

"No thanks," They all replied.

"Okay," I nodded my head. "Ryan, why would you invite them today? I'm getting married tomorrow."

"We're going to your wedding!" Danny shouted.

"Seriously, Danny?!" Charlie shouted.

"What the fuck?!" Rob shouted.

"You guys are going to my wedding?" I asked.

"Fuck yeah!" Glenn shouted. "I mean, why the fuck not?"

I was scared that there wouldn't be enough room. What if there weren't enough chairs or seats or food?

"I talked about it to your wedding planner and Corey," Ryan said. "Relax! Fucking relax!"

"You know me too well," I chuckled.

"Oh!" Danny shouted. "You have a daughter!"

"Two," I said. "Well, one of them is my stepdaughter. I have a stepson and a son of my own, too."

"I'm talking about the newborn."

"She's not a newborn, but I know what you mean."

"Where is she?"

"You sound like a pedophile," Rob said.

"I do not! Shut up, you fucking bastard!"

"Jesus Christ," I muttered. "Um, she's at my mom's house. Ryan and I were going to stay up for a little while."

"No...you're going to get some sleep," He intruded.

"How can I get sleep when these glorious people are over?"

"Ha!" Glenn shouted. "We're not the least bit glorious."

"They're going to spend the night," Ryan explained. "Their clothes are in the car-which I'll help them bring in-and they'll just sleep here. If that's fine with you."

"Yeah, that's fine," I yawned.

"Don't go to sleep! I'm just kidding. If you're tired, please go to sleep."

"Alright," I hugged Ryan. "Thanks for all this."

"Of course."

"Goodnight guys."

"Goodnight!" They all shouted.

It was so weird. They were all here. I was happy.
