Grayson's POV-
I get up after the hard punch that anonymous guy threw at me.
When I do, I see Alli in the floor.
Did he hit her?!
30 minutes ago-
"When I do mind control I get exhausted and my nose bleeds."
Present-
That's it. That's why she's on the floor and her nose was filled with blood.
I immediately grab her. My first instinct was to bring her to the hospital, but of course I couldn't do that.
I bring her to my house and i set her on the couch.
I don't know what to do. I don't know anyone else that's a Traveler like her.
I see her finger move. I rush back to her.
All I hear her whisper is "call my mom".
So I do. I rush to her phone and call her mom.
"Ma'am, Alli needs you. Right now."
"Where are you?!" She asks me.
"At my house next door"
She hangs up and she somehow opens the door with her ha-
Oh. I get it. She's like Alli too.
"Don't tell my mom I told you" she asked me once she had told me about what she was about 2 weeks ago.
"I-I don't know what happened to her, I found her unconscious." I tell her.
"Do you know why she fainted?" She asks me clearly thinking she had told me already.
"No." I lie
"Go to the kitchen and get me some paper, please." She tells me.
I go to the kitchen, but peek a bit to what she's doing.
I see her put her hands on her chest and she starts saying some witch spell.
I get the paper and when I come back, Alli was already awake.
"Oh my god, Alli." I hug her.
"You had me worried sick." I tell her kissing her.
I carry her to my room and I look back at her mom to tell her bye.
"Wait, Gray does my mom know I told you?" She asks.
"No don't worry. I made sure she didn't know I knew anything." I tell her.
She sighs in relief.
We go to bed, and in seconds we fall asleep.
The next day-
I wake up. I turn around to see Allison still asleep. I wrap my arms around her. I love making her feel safe, I hope she does. I would never hurt her.
It was about an hour before she wakes up.
"Alli?baby?" I whisper to check if shes awake.
"Yeah?" She asks. She's so adorable.
"Do you want to skip school today? I'll skip with you?" I ask her.
"I'll skip, but you don't have t-"
"I don't care Alli, I want to stay with you until you're completely safe, okay?" I tell her.
"Alright, if you say so." She tells me kissing me.
Allison's POV-
We go downstairs and we go to watch a movie.
We both sit down.
"I got the TV." I tell him.
I pull my hand out before Grayson stops me.
"Don't worry Gray, this doesn't drain my energy." I tell him.
When he lets go, I pull my hand out to get the CD and move my hand to the direction I want the CD to go. We watch it and we suddenly pass out on each other. When the credits roll in, I wake him up.
"Gray,Gray." I say twice.
"Yea-yeah, what?" He says opening his eyes slightly because it was so sunny today.
"We should go somewhere with Eth today. I feel like we barely hang out with him anymore." I tell him.
"Alright, yeah let's go" he says.
We walk up to his house and I open both his door and the main door with my hand.
"Get your ass up Eth-".
We're so stupid. We forgot we skipped school.
"Oh my god, were so dumb." I say giggling.
"Well, i guess we'll wait until this idiot comes home." He says.
