Betty and Y/N were always close, ever since they were little girls. Y/N, being Polly's twin, would always protect her sister from anything.
For Example: When someone wrote Serpent Slut on Betty's Locker, Y/N found out and the next day Reggie Mantle went to school with a black eye and bruised face.
Alice insisted the two girls spent some time together and they weren't going to disagree. They were spending the day in a Spa just outside of Riverdale.
The two girls had spent six hours enjoying themselves, but all good things must come to an end.
They had got off the bus and had to walk the rest of the way home.
"Thank you, Y/n. I've had a wonderful day" Betty said. "So have I. It's been great escaping the hell we call reality" Y/N replied.
It was true, both girls needed a break. Their father had been arrested due to the discovery that he was the Black Hood and they were distressed.
Of course they were distressed, their father was a psychotic murderer.
They were used to walking through Riverdale. Y/n knew every short cut, every way to avoid. She forgot to take into consideration that the Ghoulies were after revenge.
They walked past Pop's when Betty felt paranoid. "Y/n, I think someone's following us." "I highly doubt it, though if you're scared just hold my arm."
Betty grabbed her sister's arm as they continued to walk. The two girls heard footsteps causing the two girls to stop.
"Did you hear-"
"Ssh!"
It was silent, too silent. Betty was nervous as she stood next to her sister.
"Well, isn't this sweet" a voice spoke causing Y/n to growl.
She knew the boy well, he was a Ghoulie.
"What do you want, Malachai?"
"Oh, nothing, just your blood." He got a knife out and pointed it towards the two girls.
"Any last words?" Malachai asked.
"Just one" Y/n replied. She got a gun out of her bag and pointed it towards the boy.
"Back the Fuck away Malachai, I won't hesitate to shoot you" she warned him.
He scoffed as he moved closer towards them. "As if, you're too innocent to hurt anyone."
Both Malachai and Betty were shocked as Y/n shot him in the arm.
"Fuck!"
Y/n grabbed Betty's arm and ran. They didn't stop until they arrived at Archie's house, where she knew the Serpents were.
Everyone stared at the two girls concerned.
"What happened?" Archie asked. "The Ghoulies happened. It's cool, I dealt with them" Y/n replied.
Betty wrapped her arms around her sister.
"Thank you, thank you so much" she whispered, causing Y/n to smile. "You're my little sister, I will always protect you."
