Requested by my wonderful friend @hdubs91 I hope you love it and that it was worth the wait! 🥺👉🏻👈🏻

You stepped into the house you rented on Airbnb with an excited smile on your face. You've been saving up for this trip to South Korea for a over a year and you couldn't be more excited. You've dreamt of vacationing here for as long as you can remember and finally that dream is coming true.
You had also recently quit your exhausting and oh-so-stressful job at a coffee shop and decided to use the money you saved to take your dream vacation, which is exactly what you needed.

The Airbnb house was even more beautiful in person than it was online. The paintings on the wall were bright and colorful, complementing the dark colored furniture. The house was located near Seoul, right on the outskirts of the city. It was in the perfect spot, as it was close to a few small business and restaurants.
Your feet seemed to move on their own as you went to check out the rest of the place. Your room was incredible and had a stunning view of the city and the kitchen was fairly spacious. Seeing the cooking area reminded you that you would need to go buy some things to fill the fridge and cupboard.
"I'll need to go grocery shopping first." You said aloud.
You used your phone to locate the nearest grocery store, thankfully finding one just down the street.
See? Everything is close by.

Upon entering the grocery store, you were met with large signs advertising different items, most of them with Hangul printed on them. The first aisle you went down was the one containing the ramen, obviously. You can't stay in Seoul and not have noodles.
You choose quite a few packs, along with the ingredients for tteokbokki, which you had made at home a few times before.
As you made your way through the store, many unique bags of Korean snacks caught your eye and you couldn't help but slip them into your basket.
You then made your way to the fresh produce section, perusing the options. Your eyes landed on a bag of tangerines sitting on a display. You reach out to grab it only to see someone else's hand on the same bag.
"Sorry." You apologize quickly, glancing up to see who it was that went for the citrus fruits.

A man with light blue hair that was grown out and styled in a mullet stood mere feet from you. He was incredibly good-looking and you couldn't seem to tear your eyes away. His soft hair hung over his gentle, yet sharp eyes, his button nose was one of the cutest you'd seen, and his doll-like lips seemed to have a natural pink hue to them. You blink a few times, in awe of this stranger's beauty.

"Are you visiting?" The man asks you, most likely noticing that you're a foreigner.
You were then snapped out of your little trance.
"I am." You nod.
The man took the citruses and handed them to you with a warm smile.
You politely decline, putting all that time you spent studying Korean to good use. You told him that he can have the little orange fruits, but he shakes his head, insisting you take them, which you finally do.
You thank the kind stranger and go about your shopping business, picking up a few more things including a couple bottles of soju (for fun) before leaving.

On your way out, you spot the man in the small parking lot of the grocery store. You know he most likely gave you the fruits because you're visiting Seoul, which was very kind, but you couldn't help but feel bad.

"Excuse me." You call out, approaching the blue haired male.
He turns to look at you, a vague look of surprise on his face.
"Would you like to share them?" You ask. "I probably won't eat them all, anyway."
"No." He shook his head. "It's fine."
"Are you sure? I really don't mind."
He looked at the bags you were carrying.
"But your groceries." He pointed.
"Oh. It's fine. I'm staying close by."
His brows scrunched slightly as his lips pressed together.
"Tell you what, if you let me help you carry your groceries, I'll take some tangerines."
"Deal." You agree, but only because you want the man to have some of the fruits.
You hand him some of the bags you had carried out of the store and began heading down the street.
"I'm Yoongi, by the way." The man introduced himself.
"I'm Y/n."
He gave a small, friendly smile. "So, where are you from?"
You answered him, which prompted him to ask questions about your country and what things are like where you're from.
Unfortunately, the two of you reached your Airbnb house briefly, cutting your conversation short.
