"Well said!" Meng Asai thumped his empty glass on to the table and gestured to the rest to drink up. "To friendship!"
Xiaoyu finally recovered from his shock and downed his alcohol. Laughing loudly, Meng Asai immediately topped up both their glasses and raised another toast to him. "To us, the third and fourth wheelers!"

Over their loud chatter, Zhang Zhehan locked eyes with his fox spirt and smiled. It was one of the most fulfilling moment of his life; having a delicious meal with people who love and care for him, who accept him for who he is, be it his flaws, his insecurities, his sexuality.
