Canada's POV:

How was he going to take in there? Surely not too long. It was the only toilet in the house, aside from Dad's ensuite. I knocked again and the door opened. I rushed in and relieved myself. I didn't mean to be rude but, I really had to go.

Once I was down, I washed my hands. As I left the bathroom, I could hear sobbing. I searched around to find where it was coming from and I landed myself at Zea bedroom door. I knocked on the door quietly and waited for a response.

"Zea? Are you okay?" I asked through the door. When I got no response I let myself in. New Zealand huddled in the corner of his room. He was hugging his toy sheep. Zea looked up at me. His eyes were wet.

I sat down next to him and patted his shoulder reassuringly.

"What's the matter?" I asked him. New Zealand sniffed and wipe away his tears.

"Who am I?" He asked shakily. I paused for a second to think. I was expecting any response but, not 'who am I?'.

"You are my little brother New Zealand," I said hoping to encourage him.

"I thought I was more than that," Zea said sadly.

"Of course you are more than that! You can be whoever you want to be,"

"Then why am I confined to a name and a language that isn't even my own!?" New Zealand shouted. I stayed quiet. There was nothing I could say to prove him wrong. He was right.

"My own sister disowned me, I am scared of the ones who said they would keep me safe, why?" I could see the tears grow in his eyes. I had no idea New Zealand had been through so much. I wanted to support him but, if I did I would be going against all that Dad has told me. I just sat with New Zealand for a while.

"What are you doing?". The door opened and Australia walked in. New Zealand's eyes flashed a hint of fear when Aussie walked towards us. Aussie knelt down in front of New Zealand.

"Who did this to you?" He asked Zea. New Zealand just cried and Australia pulled him into a hug and patted his back. I felt slightly awkward. I thought I should leave but, I didn't know what would be more uncomfortable.

I decided to leave the room and I closed the door behind me. I walked over to the stairs and back. I hoped New Zealand would be okay. I had a bad feeling though. New Zealand could relate to Aussie more than me and Australia's idea of right and wrong can be a little confusing.

I went downstairs and sat on the couch about a couple of centimetres away from America. America moved to another couch and continued the watch the TV. The show he was watching was boring but, I didn't want to cause any trouble so I sat and waited my turn.

It never came.

Australia's POV:

I heard Kiwi crying. Like the first time, I couldn't handle it. I left my room and made my way to New Zealand. Canada was trying to comfort him but, he was doing it wrong. When I saw him crying I knew he needed more than just words to comfort him.

I hugged New Zealand. Even though he was crying and at first, and he tried to pull out of the hug, I knew he needed this. I patted him on the back and let him cry. Canada left the room to give us some space.

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to scare you," I apologised for earlier. Kiwi pulled out of the hug and shook his he.

"It's not just you," He managed to say through tears.

"Well, I'm still sorry,". Kiwi nodded and wiped away his tears. New Zealand composed himself and smiled.

"You want to do something?" I asked him.

"Can we visit Stevie?" He asked.

"That is a good idea,".

I help Kiwi to his feet and he brought his sheep along with him. I kept an eye out for UK. Luckily he was in his office. We made it to the back door when Kiwi stopped me.

"You need to put your shoes on," He said as he pointed to my bare feet.

"I don't need shoes, I will be fine," I said as I playful punched him in the arm. We opened the door and went outside. We walked across the back yard to Stevie's resting place. When we got there I noticed a small bouquet of roses resting on his grave.

The roses were carefully organised and looked freshly and skillfully picked and place. I couldn't help but smile that someone else cared. Although he was just a snake, I love him and wished to others could have loved him too.

I smiled as I remembered our fun times together, even if it was only three months. Kiwi was introducing Cloudy to Stevie.

"The flowers are nice, did you do this?" Kiwi asked.

"No, I think it was France," I said as I looked at the roses.

"Didn't she kill him?"

"Yeah, but she made it up to me," I sighed. New Zealand smiled and nodded.

"We should probably go back inside before UK notices," I said. Kiwi nodded again and then said goodbye to Stevie. We started walking back when I felt something sharp pierce my foot.

"Ow!" I shouted. I limped the rest of the way back to the house. I sat down when I got inside.

"You're bleeding," Kiwi observed when he looked at my foot.

"Should I get UK?" He asked.

"NO!" I said a little too loudly, "There is a first-aid kit in the kitchen, get it and I will tell you what to do,".

Kiwi left for the kitchen and I tried to twist my leg awkwardly to see the wound. Kiwi came back with the first-aid kit and Canada.

"What happened?" Nada asked.

"Don't tell UK, please," I pleaded.

"I won't I promise," He said as he knelt down by my foot. I could feel him cleaning the wound. It stung.

"There is something in your foot," Canada reported, "I'm going to take it out,"

Before I could protest Canada had tweezers in his hand and pulled it out.

"Ow!" I shouted again.

"Sorry, it looks like a bit of a teacup," Canada said. He finished patching up my foot and Kiwi helped me upstairs.
