Ryoumen and Sukuna were the Itadori twins and both of them had a huge crush on their omega single mother, Yuuji. They both graduated university with flying colors and had good paying jobs. Well, Sukuna did as a doctor, while Ryoumen was a mafia don.
One day, the two finally had enough and dicked down their precious okka-san, marking him as theirs.
Let it be known that Yuuji was not the smiling, clueless omega everyone thought he was. In fact, he was a serial killer and he started his adventure with his abusive husband. With everything that he has done, his sons fucking him was nothing.
