Sukuna is the Dark Lord and is successfully taking over magical Britain.
As a last ploy to keep his friends and family safe, Yuuji reaches out to him and tells Sukuna that he would surrender if he and Sukuna are to be wedded.
The two meet to form a contact and in that contract it says that Yuuji won't go against Sukuna in the war and Yuuji's family will be safe. Yuuji also puts that he would be treated with respect and not as a slave.
In the end, they come to a good agreement and sign the contract with blood quills.
Sukuna becomes emperor of magical Britain. He brings the magical world into a great period.
The two of them slowly fall in love and they finally fucked. Yuuji gives birth to twins for Sukuna, and those twins, Suguru and Satoru, become great like their father, Sukuna.
