Parker's POV
Liz and I are walking out of a building after a joint interview. We're surrounded by people and cameras.

"Elizabeth over here!"

"Parker!"

"Parker Gillies!"

"Jade West!"

I grab Liz's hand and take my sunglasses off my head and put them over my face.

"It's alright, we're nearly at the car." Liz says squeezing my hand.

"Is it true you're getting divorced?" Someone asks, holding a camera in front of Liz and I.

"What? No." Liz says frowning.

"So your relationship is going well?" They ask.

"Yes." Liz says, trying to push through the crowd.

"Despite Parker cheating?" They say.

"Excuse me?" Liz asks.

"I have never cheated on my wife. How dare you!" I yell. "Now move!"

The reporter steps backwards.

Liz and I put our heads down and eventually make it to the car.

"Stupid reporters." Liz sighs. "Are you okay, babe?"

"I'm okay." I nod. "You?"

"I'm good." Liz smiles, pecking my lips.

"Can we go bowling?" I ask, putting my hand on Liz's thigh.

"For your birthday?" Liz asks.

"Yes!" I say, getting excited.

"Ow." Liz groans.

"What is it?" I ask.

"Parker, you're squeezing my thigh." Liz winces.

"Sorry." I say, taking my hand off her thigh.

"You can keep your hand there if you want to as long as you don't squeeze again." Liz says, caressing my hand.

"I wanna go bowling on Sunday." I nod, putting my hand back on Liz's thigh.

"Don't you want to do something more than that for your birthday, babe?" Liz asks.

"I don't know how to answer that." I say, playing with her rings.

"Bowling is a bit simple for your birthday. Don't you think?" Liz says.

"No." I shake my head no.

"Then we'll go bowling." Liz says.

"I know it's last minute." I say.

"It's alright, I'll call the place when we get home." Liz says, kissing my cheek.
