Kiba was teleported back to the team and Erissei greeted them
" That was a nice one, Kiba."
" Thanks. And Erin, thanks for lending Gram. It was useful for the initial attacks."
" No worries. I'm glad you were able to defeat the enemy." smiled Erin to the Knight
The announcer motioned for both Kings to roll the dice. The total showed 10 and the same yellow sphere enveloped the teams so they can discuss
" Each side may submit participants that total 10 points. So, decide carefully, minna!"
" I guess it is our time to fight." Rossweisse motioned to herself and Koneko
The red head nodded and both girls stood up from their seats
"Rossweisse and Koneko, please."
" We're counting on you." Erin said
" Hai. Please cheer us on." replied Koneko before she and Rossweisse were teleported to the battle grounds

" I am one of the Knights who serve Lord Sairaorg Bael, Liban Crocell." A blonde man introduced himself. He then motioned to his comrade
" This big one here is our Rook, Gandoma Balam. We shall be your opponents."

" I am a Rook, Rossweisse. And she is Koneko, another Rook." replied Rossweisse as she also introduced themselves
" We look forward to this match."
" Now, let the second match begin!' Rudiger announced and the sound signalling for the game was heard
" Considering our opponents, I'm going all out from the start." Koneko said as her aura glowed. Her cat ears appeared and her double cat tails were in view
" That's her new attack, Nekomata Mode Level 2." Rias informed
" Do your best, Koneko-chan!" greeted the rest of the members
Koneko headed to Balam and kicked him in the face. The opponent was sent a few meters back and created a dent on the wall.
Rossweisse provided support and summoned her powers. Magic seals flashed in the area and she delivered multi-colored magic beams
*(KABOOM!)*
The attacks damaged Balam but he remained standing. He removed a large pillar and used it hit Koneko. The mascot girl decimated the pillar with her strengthened fists and was quick to deliver several punches to Balam's body
"You are full of openings, miss." Liban spoke and Rossweisse immediately faced him
*(CHING!)*
The eyes of Liban glowed and Rossweisse was forced to the ground. An extreme force was weighing her down and she found it hard to move
" The power of Gravity!" Rossweisse spoke in gritted teeth
"His Sacred Gear allows him to control gravity within his field of vision." Rias announced as the members stared at the screen in slight worry
"As long as he doesn't look away, his power will continue over you."
" That's not all!" Liban summoned a magic seal and rocks restrained Rossweisse's feet. He unsheathed a sword on his right and waved it in the air
" Come to think of it, you are a magic swordsman." Rossweisse commented as she sneakily tried to come up with a countering move
"I inherited the power of the Crocell family and a magician. The gravity is from my Sacred Gear, Gravity Jail."
"However, the weakness of a power that is active within your field of vision is easy to see!" Rossweisse raised her hand with force and summoned a magic seal
" Don't underestimate things, miss!"
Liban summoned a mirror and Rossweisse's magic blast was deflected
"I have ways to defend against that weakness!"
*(BOOOM!)*
Rossweisse defended her position and she smirked lightly once her counter-move was successful. Liban's attack was shifted to Balam and Rossweisse used this as a chance to escape
She reunited with Koneko once she broke free from the Gravity spell
" Koneko, are your attacks effective?"
" Hai. The giant person's aura has gotten unstable enough that he can no longer defend against magic attacks."
" Understood. Take this, both of you!"
*(FLASH!)*
*(BOOOOM!)*
Rossweisse's magic blasts rained down on the enemies and the audience cheered louder at the scene
"They did it!"
" As expected. Rossweisse deduced that her attacks would be reflected so she casted object transferal magic beforehand." Erin remarked. She lightly gasped when the screen showed the enemies about to throw a final move
" Didn't I tell you that you were full of openings?" Liban spoke despite being pummeled in the ground
" Masaka. Where's the other enemy?" Rossweisse uttered in alarm
*(CHING!)*
Liban activated his Sacred Gear and both girls were frozen in their tracks. Balam suddenly emerged from the pile of debris and smashed Koneko with his free hand
" Koneko-chan!" Erissei uttered in shock. The other members were wide eyed at the scene
" Koneko!" Rossweisse gritted before they were released from gravity. Liban and Balam glowed in faint light as they retired from the game. Koneko suffered the same fate because of the damage she received from Balam
"Yokatta. As long as you remain, the Gremory Household can still fight." Koneko said as Rossweisse held her slowly vanishing body
" I'm sorry, Koneko."
" Don't apologize. I'm happy." smiled Koneko. " We were able to take 2 of them down."
*(Flash!)*
" The Knight and Rook of Sairaorg Bael, as well as the Rook of the Rias Gremory Family have retired! With the end of the 2nd match, three members of the Bael Team and one member of the Gremory team have retired."
Kiba glanced at Erissei who stared at the screen in silence
"You two are surprisingly calm. Even though Koneko-chan is defeated, you aren't showing your emotions."
" Believe me, the results are upsetting." replied Erin as she released a sigh. "But I think it's better to hold it in and preserve our strength for later matches."
" Erin's right and besides, you were the one who reminded us to maintain our cool." Issei hinted the part where he got angered by Freed
" However..." Erin trailed off. " If they continue knocking down our members, I don't know for how long I can stay still without doing anything." lightning sparks faintly cackled on the Goddess' hand as she said this
