Me: Hey readers, it's July 10th and today is Ji-cheol's birthday! Me and the other dudes decide to throw him a surprise party for his birthday.

Dong Wook:*thinks while smiling* I know a way to surprise him.

Anupam: I'll work on the decorations!

 Ha Jun: I'll help.

Jung Jae: *walks out in a clown suit* Alright, I'm prepared.

Hae-soo: Dude, he's turning 43 not 4. Take the clown suit off.

Jung Jae: But what's a party without any entertainment?

Me: There's million other ways to entertain a party. For starters-

Sung Tae: Strippers!

Me: No! We're not bringing strippers to a party! This is a birthday party, not a bachelor's party.

Dong Wook: I mean, he is a bachelor himself since he never plans on getting married.

Me: Still, I don't think if he wants strippers at his birthday party.

Anupam: I mean, did you ask him?

Me:*stays silent*

Anupam: Aha! You didn't ask him what he wanted in a birthday party!

Me: Because I didn't want him to grow suspicious of us throwing a surprise party.

Dong Wook: You could be discreet about it like, ask him a week before what does he look forward into a birthday party.

Me:*sighs* I fumbled the bag, didn't I?

Sung Tae:*pats my back* No worries, we can still be old fashion with simple decorations and a cake.

Jung Jae: And a clown!*honks his nose*

All of us: He's not a kid!

Jung Jae:*pouts* I can never have my fun.

During the preparation

Sung Tae: Anupam! His favorite color is red, why did you use blue streamers!?

Anupam: I thought he would like them.

Sung Tae:*grumbles while taking them down*

Anupam: Hey! I worked my butt of those! Stop!

Sung Tae: Yeah, you worked up a mess!

In the kitchen

Hae-soo: Dong Wook, what are you putting in the cake?

Dong Wook: I thought about pranking him on his birthday so I'm placing a small stick of dynamite in the cake.

Jung Jae: Dude no, what if he eats it and it blows up his stomach?

Dong Wook: Relax, I'm only disguising it as one of the candles.

Hae-soo:*tries to take the dynamite out of the cake* Still, that's not safe.

Dong Wook: *grabs his hand* Hey! Let me have my fun.

Jung Jae: Wait, where's author? Shouldn't she be helping us?

Hae-soo: She made herself the diversion so she went to go pick Ji-cheol up.

Jung Jae: No fair! She's the one who wanted to plan the birthday party, why is she not part taking in any of this?

Dong Wook: Beats me. 

Hae-soo: Alright Dong Wook, let's be adults about this; we're not letting a cake blow up in his face.

Dong Wook: He pulled a prank on me on my birthday, why can't I get payback?
