A sigh escaped his lips as he looked up at the large company building. It was the only place hiring near his University.

He was lucky enough that he didn't have to start till next week, but that didn't really mean much if he doesn't have money to get food on the table... Or to pay for those expensive ass text books.

Shaking his head, he walked into the fancy building. He had to be on time for the interview.

Heading to the front desk, he opened his mouth to state why he was there, to which the lady behind the desk simple grumbled to themselves and pointed him towards the elevator.

"It's the twenty-eighth floor. Go now." She didn't really look up at him.

Biting his tongue, the poor boy hurried on to the elevator, pressing the button the receptionist said that he needed to press.

It took an extra two minutes to go up to the twenty-eighth building.

It instantly opened up to a small lobby, to where at least five other people were sitting or standing. There also was another desk with another receptionist. This time though, they were a skeleton monster like he.

"Excuse me, I'm-"

"Here for the interview," They rolled their eyes, eye since only one was glowing, at him. "Yes, I know. Just state your first and last name."

"Cut Wildfire." Cut lightly seethed, narrowing his eyes at the smaller skeleton, who lightly flinched at the heated gaze.

"Cut Wildfire." They repeated, swiftly typing in the name. "You're a good two minutes early. Just," They waved him off, knowing there wasn't a real point in saying sit down since all the seats were taken.

Deciding that huffing at the rudeness of the other monster was just stupid, he went to lean against the wall near the elevator. This gave him the advantage of seeing everyone in the room, and if he tried hard enough, listening in on their conversations with each other or on their phones.

Most of what they were saying could very easily get them fired, disqualified, and some were even cop related! Now, Cut could be a cheating bastard like his father and blackmail all the others, but, he wanted to actually earn the job.

Besides, he knew blackmail could only go so far and he wasn't going to risk a chance of getting caught for a position just yet.

Soon, one by one, they all were called in. Cut surprisingly was the last one even though the time they said that they would call him in passed. Yes, it could be that the interviews were going on for some time, but the thing was, people who came in after him, and had a later hour, went before him!

He didn't mind it, it gave him enough time to make sure that he had all of his paper works filled out and that he didn't miss anything. He didn't, he was always careful like that.

"Cut Wildfire." A tall pale skeleton called out.

He wore a very nice, definitely expensive suit. It was a deep royal blue color with the tie being a paler blue.

Cut pushed himself off the wall he had been leaning on for the past four hours and with quick, silent strides made it towards his- hopefully- employer.

He allowed the smaller skeleton in first, which made him tense ever so slightly.

With ease, he sat in a chair in front of the large, new looking desk that had a new looking laptop sitting on top of it with a few other expensive looking things.
