As expected the other Kira does not wait long to reach out again. This time with a video and a notebook page. We call Light in before looking into the communications.

When he arrives we start with the page of the notebook. It showed multiple locations with multiple different plans. The one that caught the attention of the officers was one that said they would share their gods of death. But the one that caught my attention was a plan to meet up with a friend and exchange notebooks.

I figure that the notebooks mentioned are death notes but L is going to have people go to all of the locations mentioned so there is no point in bringing it up. I also want to see about getting them to stay killing only criminals because if they do I might leave them be for a bit.

We decide to air the notebook page and have me, one of the officers and Light go to everyone of the locations listed on the days shown. Lucian tells me to keep an eye on Light while we are out and I agree but my main focus will be on finding the other Kira and talking to them or at least their god of death.

The first meeting is the one that I expect them to actually be at. It is the location that references the notebooks. When I arrive at the meeting place Light introduces me as his friend from out of town and the officer as his cousin from far away. After the introductions we head to different shops and things.

This area is a popular hangout spot for young adults so it is filled with shops and cafes to check out. I look around as we are going from shop to shop for another god of death. I see it through a cafe window so I excuse myself saying I am going to get a snack and tell them that I will meet up with them later.

I head into the cafe and make the camera inside stop working before stepping up to the counter to get a drink and a small piece of cake. After I order I sit at the table with the girl that the god of death is behind.

"You wanted to meet with me."

"Oh! Yes. Rem couldn't explain why I couldn't see your name and said he couldn't either so I thought I could just ask you."

"Well I am not positive as there are a few possible reasons."

"Well what are they?"

"I have more than one name so likely they are overlapping. It is also possible however that it is because I know several gods of death myself, though not a Japanese one really."

"Really?! Wow, that's so cool!"

"Yes, but that way not why I came here. I came with a warning."

"A warning?"

"Yes. Well rather a few. The first is that you will stay away from the people I care about. This includes L."

"You know L?"

"Yes, I have known him since I was young."

"Cool. Does that mean you are Mitsuki?"

"That is my detective name yes. But do not even try to use it against me. It is not one of my actual names."

"Oh."

"Now second, do not kill innocent people or I will have to intervene. Both these rules apply to you and Rem."

"And what will you do if I don't follow them or Rem doesn't?"

"I will just kill you." I say with a shrug.

"But you can't kill Rem."

"I can. I know that you think that there is no way to kill them but I have a few."

"Fine, I'll listen."

"Good. Now I have to be off." I say as they call out my order. I grab it, set the camera to work again in a few minutes and rush to meet up with the others.

The rest of the day is boring and by the time we get back to the hotel I am ready to sleep but we need to go over what happened when we were there. We take turns telling what happened but nothing really important happened, well at least that I am going to talk about at the moment, so it was over quickly and I could go to sleep.

The other trip as expected was a dud so we are at about the same place at the moment. We got a message that she found Kira so we sent a message out.

We didn't get a response back immediately. Though with the way Light is acting the other Kira, Misa, made contact with him. She must have been worried about what Light would think of her after the police message.

He has been looking at me strangely so Misa must have told him about me. So after the meeting I follow him out of the building. As he turns the corner I hear him stop so I join him in the alleyway he stepped into.

"So you have known I was Kira from the beginning. Why didn't you tell anyone?"

"I am not apposed to you killing criminals. However if you kill anymore innocent people or kill anyone I care about including L I will kill you and I do not even need a deathnote to do so think carefully about your actions."

"Just who are you?"

"Mitsuki." I say before heading back into the building.
