" Life's most persistent and urgent question is, 'What are you doing for others?' "
- Martin Luther King Jr.

Levin POV

While Rize sits at base, holding down the fort, me and the others split into teams to gather the people I've marked off. But we aren't going to get Sasaki until we get everyone else, he'll be the hardest one to convince.

Driving has become very easy for me, even though I don't have a license. I know that sounds dangerous, but I studied for getting a licence before I got captured by CCG.

Kurona sits quietly in the passenger seat, staring out thw window. I glance over at her and frown. "What's wrong?" I asked.

She looked over at me with a blank expression. "What's a virgin?"

I nearly make the car go into incoming traffic in the other lane from how I made the car swerve. I bite my lip. "U-Um... hey Yasu... how old are you again?" I asked.

She tilts her head. "Eighteen." She answered.

I smile nervously. "H-Have you ever had the birds and the bee's talk before?"

She shook her head.

"Where did you hear that word before?" I ask in a calm tone.

"Rize said that I can't be your friend because I'm a virgin." She explained.

"Damn you Rize." I mumble.

Kurona leaned forward with a worried look. "Is that true?"

I half smile, while trying to focus on the road. "I-I what true?" I asked.

"That I can't be your friend if I'm a... virgin?" She said virgin with a questioning outlook.

I stare at the road, but those words hit home, making me squint angrily. I bite my lip then turn off traffic, parking quickly in an opening. Kurona seemed confused, but I turn to her with serious eyes.

"Yasu... there is nothing that will keep me from being your friend." I declared, pointing at her face, making her go wide eyed.

She blushed a bit as she squirmed in her seat. "Really?" She mumbled.

I nodded, turning on the car and starting to drive again. We were silent, but the silence wasn't awkward or anything. Kurona was my friend, no matter what. I trusted her more than anyone, Vincent I would trust after.

I trust Kawasaki more than Rize, probably because she'd try to naw on my arm when I'm asleep for fun. I shake my head, calming down. "Anyway... we're after a man named Banjou Kazuichi. He used to be an old friend of Rize's, he apparently admired her." I explained.

Kurona tilted her head. "What about Vincent and Kawasaki?" She asked.

"Kawa has school today. Vincent is working on getting Yomo and Touka at the moment at Re to help with info broker work." I said, turning the car into a parking lot.

I stepped out and squinted at the giant complex in front of us. Kurona stepped out also, wearing a black hoodie and tight jeans, she wore an eye patch to hide her kakugan eye.

As for me, I wore a black flannel shirt, and jeans, with a hoodie underneath the flannel, the hood pulled over my head. I nod at Kurona to knock, and she does.

We wait, and no one answers. I tilt my head to see the garage, but there's no car inside, and it's open. I guess no one's home... this was his old apartment, so maybe he doesn't live here anymore?

I frown as I slide my finger across a work table, dust collected on them. Yeah, this hasn't been touched in years. "Damn." I mumble as I turn irritated to the car. Kurona follows, quietly.

I grab my cell and dial Vincent.

It picks up.

"Y-Yeah? Lev, is that you?" He asked.

"Yeah. Banjou isn't here, in fact, he hasn't lived here in years. Does Rize know where he would've went?" I asked, starting the car.

"Hmm. Maybe in the thirteenth ward? Or maybe seventeen? Try those, right now I'm busy, so call the Nest if you need to ask Rize stuff, not me." He said hurriedly.

I chuckle. "Yeah yeah. Where are you anyway?" I ask, getting onto the high way.

I hear him chuckle with a tinge of irony. "Yeah. I'm in front of Re right now... and it's been attacked." He said.

"What!" I yell into the phone.

I hear him move from the phone from the sudden outburst. "One, ow. Two, yes, it's been hit, no one's here... does Touka have enemies or something?" He asked with curiosity.

I grit my teeth. "Don't know... alright, let's meet up, I have a feeling Aogiri might be a step ahead of us." I said.

"How would they catch whiff of our plan this early on?" Vincent asked.

I squint, thinking. A thought came into my mind, making me smirk regretfully. I start to laugh, I hear Vincent on the other end. "What's wrong?" He asked.

I grin. "I found out how the doves knew how we were at the mansion... and I know how Aogiri got our plan already." I explained, turning our car.

"You do?" He said with surprise.

Kurona tilts her head, in question. "Where are we going?" She asked.

I smile. "Ward 23. Base of Aogiri." I said.

"B-But we can't do the plan NOW!" Vincent said, over hearing me.

I chuckle. "Don't worry, I'm not attacking them just yet, I'm just getting one of our little friend. I'll meet you at the Nest." I said, looking at Kurona while hanging up.

"Looks like Aogiri got too careless with their moves... I'm not that stupid." I said, Kurona blinking, as if getting what I was finding out.

Kurona's face became dark, and full of hatred. "I get to kill him?" She asked.

"Yeah, but after I ask some questions..." I said, the smile gone, serious atmosphere coming in from every corner of the car.

I can't believe I didn't see this coming. Of course, it was so obvious. How could someone so innocent looking be alive? The answer? Because he was never innocent to begin with. A traitor.

I pull out my phone. "Hello?... yes, this is Levin... yeah! Hey, could you meet me at the overlook in ward 23?... yeah, thanks!" I said with a cheery voice. I turn to Kurona. "Looks like this'll be easier than I thought."
