Sasaki POV

I walked slowly as the monster tried to destroyed with all of its limbs slashing. But I merely pushed them aside with my Kakuja, a giant smirk growing on my face as I did so.

"How hilarious..." I mumbled, jumping suddenly into the air and slashing open the side of the monster.

"Where's the person inside~!" I said with a tune of a playful voice. I slashed open many parts, looking for the core.

The creature wriggled in pain and squirmed away, staring at me with intent to murder. But I ignore this as I get ready to snap my fingers again.

Just as I'm about to run at the monster again, I feel a hand go on my shoulder. I froze, and slowly turned around to see Mutsuki there, her eye patch had fallen off, and her kakugan was activated.

"Haise... calm down!" She said, in a warning like voice.

I look at her with a blank face.

"Calm down? I feel fine. Actually, I feel great." I said with a monotone voice, my hollow eyes made Mutsuki shiver in fear, and back away, letting me go.

Mutsuki tried again, pointing across the festival grounds. "T-The back up is here! You need to stop! Or else they'll be ordered to kill you!" She begged.

I then quickly grab Mutsuki's neck, squeezing tightly. She gagged for breath, but I calmly stared at her as I did this. "Kill? Kill me?" I mumbled.

Mutsuki grabbed my arm and gagged for air. "H-Haise... please..." She choked.

Suddenly, I heard a voice, a voice that shattered me out of my trance and made my whole body freeze. The voice of a girl I hadn't seen in a long time, a girl that had called me her big bro...

"Big bro! Stop!" Hinami cried from across the plaza, making me instantly drop Mutsuki and my eyes grew wide.

"H-Hinami?" I murmured. I let Hinami see me like this? Why did this happen to me again? Something bad happened... what was it? Hinami is going to think I'm a monster, I let her see this side of me! I'm terrible-

Hinami suddenly ran up to me and wrapped her arms around me, making my thoughts wash away. She looked up at me from the embrace and looked determined.

"Calm down... Big bro I know is nice and kind..." She mumbled, that cute begging eyes make my kakugan go away and my Kagune disappear.

I slowly fall to my knees and Hinami slowly let's go. I bring my hand to her cheek, which she leans into. I slowly smile, something I thought I'd never be able to do.

"You look older..." I trailed off.

Hinami giggled a little. "That isn't something to be proud of." She said. But it was true, she looked more built into her teens, if my math was correct, she was six teen now...

Those thoughts are wiped away as I hear the creature shriek, and two other people come up. One is Ayato, who looks at me and give me a look as if to say, what are you looking at, eye patch?

The other is Levin, who is staring over at the creature with a look of desperation. "It's coming... Kuro and Shiro got behind it.." he examined.

I look over at the creature and look past it. Behind is are the two twins, both following it from behind. They moved so silently no one could see them except Levin, who had spent most of his time with them.
