Y/n lay asleep peacefully, beside Remus. He had a tight grip around Y/n, he was holding her like his life depended on it. Everything was so peaceful, the cold air blowing on the both of them. But despite that, they were very warm. But little did the two sleeping lovers know, two people were making their way up the astronomy tower stairs.
"Do you think they confessed?" Lily asked, looking over at James.
Though, she hoped they did. At the same time she didn't. Lily and James made a bet, Lily thought it would take a few more creative plans till they started dating. While James thought it would take one, maybe two plans.
"Totally, and if they did. You owe me a date, next Friday." James said, a cocky smirk on his face.
Lily scoffed "Just because we kissed, once does not mean I like you." She said, glaring at the boy.
She knew she was just lying to herself. She could feel her face heating up, and she could imagine her face looked redder than her hair.
James looked back at Lily, and smirked "Right." He said sarcastically.
Lily rolled her green eyes, and shoved past the boy making her way to the door to the astronomy tower. She pulled out her wand, and sighed "Alohomora." She said swiftly.
The door clicked, and Lily grapsed the handle and opened it up. She gasped at the sight, and James peaked over her shoulder. His eyes widened, and jaw dropped.
Lily let out a giggle "They so confessed." She whispered clapping.
"Or maybe not, they've cuddled like this before." James said, "I mean I caught them cuddling when Y/n was hungover."
Lily smacked James, "Shut up." She hissed.
"I mean, there is really only one way to find out." James said, "We've gotta wake em."
Lily started smacking James "No!" She hissed, "They. Look. So. Cute. Together." She said smacking him with each word.
James looked at Lily once she had stopped, "Normally, I would complain about being abused. But I'm fine with it." He said smirking.
Lily glared at him "I could push you down these stairs." She mumbled.
A groan sounded from the floor, and the two Gryffindors looked over. Remus yawned, and sat up unwrapping his arms from Y/n. He didn't seemed to notice that James, and Lily stood in the doorway grinning like the Cheshire cat.
