I hummed to myself as I walked through the street with my daughter sasiko. We were about to go home when...
"look at that big building mommy" sasiko pointed at the hokages building.
"it sure is" I smiled at her "you know your daddy and uncle Naruto work in that big building"
"really" sasiko gasped "can we visit them? Please please please"
I sighed. I can't say no to that face! "ok baby let's pay daddy a visit"
Shikamarus pov
I sighed. Its another boring day at the office. Naruto was just doing paperwork while I helped him every once in a while. Jeez what a draaag! I wish something exciting would-
"daddy!" sasiko ran through the door and jumped into my arms.
"sasiko" I muttered in disbelief "sweetheart how did you get in here?"
"hey guys" neji walked in, smiling awkwardly "sorry about this. Sasiko just really wanted to see you guys. Hope we're not interrupting anything"
"it's fine babe. We were literally doing nothing" I chuckled as I kissed my husband on the cheek.
"yeah besides I love seeing my favourite little neice" naruto said as he scooped sasiko up in his arm "come on kiddos I'll let you be hokage for the day"
"yayyyy!" sasiko cheered as she sat at the hokages desk.
"our daughter as hokage huh" I smiled in amusement.
"she's going to have the whole village wearing tutus and having tea parties" neji giggled.
"god help us all" I sighed as I held neji close.
My family always manage to make life alot less dull.
