Neji hyuga.
He's a boy that understands me better than anyone. Sometimes he even understands me better than choji.
When we're on a mission I don't even have to explain the plan like I do with naruto or kiba. He immediately understands what's going on in my head. He's just that intelligent.
On the day of the chunin exams when I was in charge of the exams neji was the one who really impressed me. He knew exactly what to do and even helped everyone else in the room pass. I've never felt more proud in my life.
On the day I lost my sensai neji was the one who was there for me. He wasn't overly pampering like my mom. He was gentle and considerate. It's was thanks to him that I was able to get through that difficult time.
