Shikamarus pov
After a long night of walking we finally arrived at a city of lights. It was pathed with lights as far as the eye can see. It kinda made my head hurt.
Nejis eyes lit up excitedly as he stared up at the lights. I smiled to myself. He's so cute! I wrapped an arm around him and we walked to the nearest reoku.
We signed up to stay a couple of weeks (at least until we can get a proper job to pay for a real place) and ran up to our room.
We lay down on our futon together. Neji cuddled into me.
"wow" he muttered into my chest "I really like this place shikamaru. It's so colourful and lively. What do you think?"
"Well my dear" I wrapped an arm around his waist "I think anywheres perfect as long as your here with me"
"your so cheesy" he giggled "but do you know what?"
"what?"
"I agree!" he smiled brightly.
I leaned in and kissed his forehead "come on kid. Let's get some breakfast"
"sounds like a plan" he smiled as we got up and left the room.
This place sure is weird but as long as nejis here it's home.
