Beneath the shade of the humongous willow tree, lay two humans. The faerie watched as the couple rested in the summer breeze.
A man, maybe in his twenties, had his back pressed peacefully on the truck. A young woman, with brown hair, was next to him.
She was sleeping with her head on the black-haired man's shoulder. The faerie wondered why they were being idle.
Despite her longevity, she always saw humans as busy, frantic souls. To see a tranquil sight like this calmed her.
The soft summer breeze made the tree branches sway and the flowers shift. The tall grass moved slowly, the seemingly fluffy hair of the man rising cutely.
He was twirling a dandelion in his hands, with its spherical ball of fluffy seeds still intact. His chest was rising up and down soothingly, his eyes closed.
He brought the flower to his soft lips and blew. Opening his eyes to reveal deep brown and good hues, the faerie saw him smile.
It saw him smile at the seeds floating off gently. It saw him caress the head of the sleeping woman.
It was then the faerie heard him say. "I guess I can tell you what I wished for since you're not awake."
The man looked up at the sky through the willow leaves.
"Let me have this amazing woman by my side forever."
The faerie felt the atmosphere around it change. It seemed more lively, yet still placid.
It found the couple to be a rarity. It went off brightly, leaving the couple to their serenity.
