Chapter 9: Aizawa's terrifiying Encouter with the Unknown

His gaze was locked on the villains as young Kirishima spoke in a state of confusion. "What's going on has the training started already? I thought we were saving people."

*Oh kid you have no idea how much danger your in. I've got to show them that they'll be okay...it's my job as their teacher and as a pro hero.*

He saw Midoriya taking a step towards him but he shouted forcefully. "STAY BACK!"

He placed his goggles over his eyes and spoke. "This is real those are Villains."

He heard their gasps and he could feel their fear. He was going to protect them.

He heard the shadowy vortex villain speaking. "The only pro hero's I see are Thirteen and Eraserhead. Perplexing according to our schedule we received from U.A. All Might should have been here as well."

"So you Scumbags used the press as a cover to sneak onto campus?"

The creepy hand guy spoke up. "Where is All Might? I went to all this trouble just to bring a few friends here to meet him. They want All Might the great Symbol of Peace but he's not even here. Oh well...maybe if I kill a few kids he'll decide to show?"

Shota snarled. That was never going to happen! His quirk activated and his hair and capture scarf levitated violently around him as his hands clenched into white knuckled fists. *Their here for All Might, oh why am I not surprised...The one time we need you here Toshinori...Dammit!*

The villains were walking the distance from the fountain to the stairs. He could hear the students fear. "What real villains, no way?"

"How could so many of them get into an area this secure?"

Yaoyorozu spoke up. "Thirteen why aren't the alarms going off?"

"Good question...I don't know?"

Todoroki spoke up. "Is the whole campus under attack or just this facility? Either way if the sensors aren't going off then some villain must have a quirk that's masking it. They carefully chose this isolated facility at a time when a class was being taught. They're fools for trespassing here...but they thought this out. Whatever their planning they must have a concrete objective in mind, but what?"

Shota had enough. He walked over to Thirteen with a fierce determination in his usually tired voice. "Thirteen get the students out of here and alert the main campus...actually if their jamming the security sensors then they're probably jamming normal communications too."

His gaze shifted towards the human battery. "Kaminari try using your quirk, see if you can get a signal out. I'll take it from here."

Midoriya's concerned voice echoed into his ears. "What are you going to do? You can't fight them on your own. Even if you can nullify their quirks it won't do you any good. Your quirk is best suited for stealth and one on one fights...it won't be any help in a group..."

Shota smirked they should be glad that Akemi isn't here because clearly they've all forgotten about her classes motto.

He turned his head slightly and spoke the motto his mentor Titanium Whip had drilled into his head all those years ago. "You can't be a hero if you only have one trick." He turned back towards his impending battle and said. "I'll leave it to you Thirteen."

He jumped off the stairs and grabbed the strands of his capture scarf as he fell towards the ground and landed on his feet in front of the stairs before going into a full on charge readying himself for a long fight. Three villains were in front of him. They had long range artillery based quirk, ha that was child's play. He could hear them saying, "Shooting squad take your aim."
